Car hop didn't say anything but we immediately noticed the error at first sip. When we asked for the blasts to be remade we were told the machine was out of order and there was no way to notate this on the app (We received a refund). Most recent issues have also stemmed from the app - for weeks (3-4) the Solomons location shows offline in the app and they will not honor the deals nor prices listed in the app. The establishment has removed the ordering equipment from several stalls although it mostly looks clean around the ordering areas, it makes you wonder if this location is on its way out.

I chose the falafel pita, and elected to make it a platter. Even with huge portions, the price was still a bargain. The Greek side salad was crisp and tasty. They brought out a bottle of house-made dressing. There were so many chunks of Falafel in the pita, and the mound of rice with it was huge (you can have fries instead). I enjoyed a beer with it and the frosty mug that came out with it actually had little icicles on the rim. My server was Billy, who was very friendly and attentive. I will have to get back there soon & take my husband next time.

Understand that I'm writing this review after at least 10 visits between my husband and me. He loves the people and raves constantly about how good a simple cheeseburger is every time he orders. Tonight was no exception. We always save money through the app and we had a ton of nuggets ordered. There was no one in line so I assumed we would get something super fresh or cold and rubbery. Not at all!! They were perfect as if they planned for our visit. My spicy chicken had the perfect amount of extra mayo and pickles that I love. I haven't been inside but my husband says everything is clean, including the restrooms. The parking lot is well kept and the drive-thru is easily accessible. This will forever be our go to and the standard for every other McDonald's. I can only hope that corporate sees this and gives them every award possible! We love our McDonald's!!!

The staff greeted me at the door and told me to take my time upon ordering. While I was deciding what I wanted, the cashier told me that another location was opening within the county which is exciting for the franchise. Howeeeeever, I believe as others have mentioned.. I would like for them to work on their flavor. I ordered the Vivi's Sandwich, swapped the fries out for mac and a single Jumbo Tender. Their mac&chz, I prefer to order from.... Chickfila. Their chicken was eh, decent. Kinda bland. The jumbo tender itself is big yes, but I'm not sure about $3.99 big... BUT their sauce was to die for!! I left with I believe Thai Chili and one of Vivi's Signature sauces and both were great. One suggestion I have is to expand their drink options. Overall.. I would try again if someone else wanted to go. I went on a solo trip but their menu is loaded with other options! If/When I return, I will surly update!

Update review as of 9.12.2025 This update is base on…read moretoday's experience. We brought visiting family to try this spot because we enjoy their food. We placed three different orders to dine in. Our visiting family received their order correct. (Thankfully) My oldest daughter had missing poppers. While my order and my youngest daughter's order never arrived. Eventually, we asked for an update and the guy was clueless to what we were talking about. We had to explain multiple times that we never received any of the items on our receipt. And at this point, we wanted a full refund, including the tip that we provided prior to the service. The gentleman eventually went back to the kitchen to verify. I overheard them speaking in Spanish and one of them saying you "mean the food that's been sitting there". They didn't realize I spoke Spanish. I didn't receive an apology from the guy who brought the food. Again, we still had missing items after waiting all this time. I asked the gentleman for my Greek salad and the sauce. (I would like include that this has happen in previous visits) The guy was taking forever to bring out the items. I tried getting someone else's attention, but I was ignored. When I started to speak in Spanish the man washing dishes looked my way. But was not helpful, the man eventually came out with the salad and the sauce. At this point, our party who received their meals had finished and the restaurant was getting ready to close. I just took the food and left with my party without enjoying a hot meal. Since the food was sitting out for so long it wasn't as hot. Plus we felt rushed, as they prepped to close. I'm sad to say I've experience other mild issues but not as major as this one. The restaurants continues to be kept presentable and clean. But the quality of service is not the best and you always have to check you get all your items within your order. We meet the owner when they first open and they seem to be good people. I never claimed the gift card they offered from the original post because I believe in support business owners. Especially when they try to provide good quality food. I'll rather show my thanks by always being a returning customer. But I'm sad to write today's review. Today with the previous experiences was my final decision to write an updated review. If you decide to visit for take out, please verify you receive all your items. If you experience delays, follow up with someone because there is a chance your food is sitting on the kitchen counter. Overall, food is still good.

Our order took over an hour to make, and if the restaurant knew they couldn't complete it, they…read moreshould have canceled it instead of making customers wait with no communication. We ended up waiting for an hour and a half, only to find out that our order had never been prepared or completed in the first place. The most frustrating part wasn't just the long wait--it was the complete lack of communication. No one informed us there was a problem, apologized for the delay, or gave us the option to cancel and order somewhere else. We spent all that time waiting, expecting our food to be ready soon, only to discover that nothing had been done. Waiting that long is already unacceptable, but waiting an hour and a half for an order that was never even started is beyond disappointing. Better communication and basic customer service could have prevented this entire experience. If the kitchen was overwhelmed or unable to fulfill our order, they should have been honest with us from the beginning instead of wasting our time.

As you'd expect they have a few kinks to work out but they are staffed to get the job done including importing a few helpful trainers from other locations. I decided to go inside to see the operation up close as did half of Edgewater it seems - the kitchen is open-air so you get the total experience and these guys were executing every station like pros, as I waited for my order it was great to see they aren't taking any shortcuts and the baskets of fried chicken seemed endless. The newly trained staff worked as a team to get the orders out and throughly checked each order with each customer as the orders magically appeared from the kitchen. My order arrived after about 10 minutes or so and I was out the door and counting the miles home, the chicken was perfectly cooked and spiced to my liking and as delicious as I was hoping it would be. I've got a good feeling about this location and hope the owner and managers appreciate the support and continue to keep the food quality and service to a very high standard they showed today so it's a win win for everyone...
