We went in juuuust before the lunch rush and were able to get a booth without a wait. Greeting us at the booth was a fun little console that offered trivia for the table. I thought that was a cute way to get the table off their phones and interacting with one another (albeit onto another electronic device). Our server was super friendly and did a great job of balancing her showcasing of available menu items we may not have noticed while not making us feel like she was trying to upsell. There are plenty of hearty options here; I was surprised at the range of offerings. I'm a yuuuuge fan of French fries (and basically all things potato) and they have a loaded fry plate that's pretty rad. We got that as an appetizer so I swapped my Monte Cristo's side for steamed broccoli...which was also surprisingly good. The Monte Cristo came with a berry dipping sauce on the side that was a nice pairing with my powdered sugar-dusted, deep fried Sammy. My niece got a sweet tea with some strawberry flavoring added (as recommended by our server) and loved it. They also have the good ice pebbles. You know, Chic-Fil-A and hospital-style. Beyond that, her hamburger was good and so were her loaded tots. This is one of those fastball-down-the-middle places. Something for everyone. There are no frills. I have never dined inside Bubba's. I have ordered a burger for pickup and it was really good. We ordered an appetizer the shotgun shrimp and it was good. We didn't have silverware so it sat on the table for about ten minutes before we got forks. The service otherwise was good. We ordered bloody mary's that were pretty good. We had the nachos and the fish and chips. The food wasn't good. The fish was mushy you know what I mean... the nachos had a ton of cheese that wasn't even melted. We just had dinner at Bubba's 33 and it was great! Friday night, 5-15 min wait (we used the online waitlist and table was ready as soon as we arrived). Tons of seating and it was all being used except the outside so I was shocked we got seated so quickly. The first thing I noticed was the clean booth. Like it was thoroughly cleaned before we got seated. This is important and surprisingly a neglected housekeeping item at many establishments these days. We were greeted within minutes and drink order taken. Mari, our waitress, was attentive and friendly. We never felt like we were waiting long for her to come back and take orders, she was on top of our drink refills too. Super sweet young lady! They have coke products and coke zero not just diet coke The menu has tons of options and it's all VERY reasonably priced. We tried the Poblano Spinach Dip for $8.99 (based on recommendation by others). It was very oily but just needed a good stir, so if you get it just heads up - stir it. We all agreed it was delicious! It comes with chips and a few focaccia breadsticks that were divine! I ordered the Monte Cristo. I've never had one before so I thought "why not?". It was so good! Although I have nothing to compare it to. The portions are HUGE! And my meal was only $11.99. Fries were cooked perfectly and seasoning was great. My husband had the Sunshine Burger and he enjoyed it! But said he wouldn't order the "fire fries" again (too salty). They also offer tots or onion rings. My son had the hot & spicy chicken sandwich and loved it! He has a high threshold for spicy and said "they named this sandwich correctly." There are TVs all around the perimeter with a great variety of sports and the music videos were my favorite! It's loud yes but it's a bar & grill so it's expected and didn't bother us at all. I've gone to location quite a few times now. It's always busy, the vibes are good, and I love all genres so the music is great. They have a wide variety of food, so there's something for everyone when your family/friends can't agree on what to eat. This last time my server's name was Amy and she was very nice and informative. Went on a Friday evening, service was super slow (a while for a waitress to come, then a while for drinks and a long while for meals) and the place had calmed once we were seated, didn't feel overly busy. Fried pickles were ok, nothing special. We both had cheeseburgers, I ordered mine with no tomato and no onion, it came with both unfortunately. Additionally, if you're thinking the Bubba's sauce will be similar to something of the In-N-Out variety you would be wrong, it had a barbecue flavor which I didn't care for at all. Walked in and we were seated promptly. The waitress, Hannah, came right over to take our drink order. Since this was our first visit, we all decided to have an adult beverage. We asked for a few minutes so we could make a decision. It was almost 10 minutes before she returned. We placed our drink order and the drinks came out shortly brought by another waitress. Within a few minutes, I had spilled my drink. Hannah immediately saw this and instead of coming to our aid to clean the table, she thought it more important to place an order for another one. She brings over bar (little square) napkins to clean the table, realizing later that a rag was needed. We decide to order an appetizer and Hannah is no where to be found. We tell another waitress that we'd like to order an appetizer and they hunt her down. She places our order and soon after it comes out bright by another waitress. This waitress spills the sauce we asked to be put on the side and instead of cleaning it up, she throws the bar napkins on the table and walks away. So, I then ask to speak to the manager. Mykala comes over and asks how she can help. I show her the spill on the table. She then proceeds to give me an attitude and says I have napkins and I could clean it up. She then changes her tune and starts to clean the table up with the bar napkins. I look at her telling her that she needs a wet rag. She walks off with a huff to get the wet rag. She returned and cleaned the table with an attitude. She asked if there was any thing else. We requested the check which showed up very quickly. When I go to a sit-down restaurant, I expect to get service, not attitude! We went next door to a fast food restaurant and received better service there AND without the attitude. The only saving grace was I wasn't charged for the spilled drink. Therefore, the 1 star! read more

Today my daughter decided she wanted to go to Bubba's 33 for our lunch date. Parking was a breeze today, which I attribute to sheer luck, lol... and the luck continued as we were immediately seated into a very comfy and spacious booth. Our server greeted us right away and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered Onion Rings and Crunchy Fried Shrimp and it took absolutely no time for our food to come out... again, our lucky day. We've been here several times so I was expecting a wait but then again we usually have a large party so this party of 2 really enjoyed the quick service Today. Shorty after our food arrived a manager stopped by just to check on us and see how our service had been thus far and we let her know that it was great! The food was hot and tasted really good... this was my first time having the shrimp and we were already fans of their onion rings. We have been here many times and love the atmosphere! If you want a good place to watch a game, this is it for the area! My kids love the fried shrimp and I've gotten the wings a few times and really love them with garlic parmesan. The food has always been good, no complaints there. The service can be spotty although management does come around and check on you. It is usually the drinks that seem to be the issue. One time they were empty for awhile before asking for refills and another time we got the wrong drinks refilled. The atmosphere and food and great so if they can get the service down it would be unstoppable! read more

First time here we sat at the bar and were greeted by perhaps one of the most friendly and attentive, bartenders, Victoria. Beer esas served cold and the ranch waters tasted just right. Mexican candy shots were made to order and they were delicious. The poblano dip was by far my favorite loved the bread sticks it was served with. The fries were even better! I had the gravy with the chicken, but I did not like it at all. It's not like the typical white gravy. Came here for Veteran's Day and really felt the support. There are Veterans parking spaces and also plenty of disabled spots out front. It's very clean and the staff are all pleasant. There is a big variety of food choices and the waitress was able to answer all of my allergy related questions. Jake was the manager on duty and he came by to check in on us and was very friendly. First of all my brother hyped this place up as if it was THE NEXT BEST THING. I will say it met expectations, but while it is great. I can't say I was surprised because I was referred. The atmosphere is great for watching all things sports as they have TV's all around. The service was friendly and caring, we were greeted at the door with a smile. Even the manager Kayla introduced herself and checked on us. (I respect establishments or leadership that encourage this). The side salad I had was a phenomenal twist of color with potatoes shreds on top it added a very unique crunch to all the veggies. I had the guacamole burger and it was okay, while it was eatable and I wasn't disappointed it wasn't what I expected. The patties seemed to lack some seasoning, but the fries were phenomenal season just right with a tad bit of zing. The price point on pretty much every item is downright reasonable. I came in for lunch. Let me start by saying the service was great! The managing partner came by our table twice, which was a great sign. I came in with a party of 4 and we tried a bunch of stuff from the menu. We had the combo appetizer, the pickles were okay, the mozzarella twists were a fun play on mozzarella sticks. The texture makes it stand out, however, they were just your basic frozen cheese sticks. The best part of this appetizer were the boneless wings with the shotgun sauce, those were amazing. We also had the chorizo queso which was okay. The garlic knots were very good and came with queso which was a unique touch. For entrees we got the ribeye with rice and mashed potatoes. The ribeye was okay, the rice was very good, as well as the mashed potatoes. We had the Italian chopped salad which was underwhelming but the lemon basil vinaigrette was amazing. The 33 deluxe pizza looked good, the toppings looked pretty fresh but unfortunately the crust was undercooked. It was either undercooked from the cooks or the recipe needs to be reworked a little bit. The chicken tender entree was good too, it tastes like they dredge the chicken in house, instead of having frozen fried chicken tenders. Lastly we had the chicken parm sandwich, which was quite tasty however, the chicken didn't fill the full hoagie causing about a quarter of the sandwich be only bread and pickles. The fries that came with some of the entree were absolutely amazing. The price point here was VERY reasonable though. I do feel the quality meets the price point. read more

i had an frustrating experience at Bubbas recently.. my sister and i, both HISPANIC, were waiting for a table, and no one bothered to take our name or any of our info to call us back when a table was ready. We were just left standing there, waiting. But then, a white older couple walks in right after us, and they get seated immediately--no wait, no info needed. It was honestly hard not to feel like it was because of our race. The whole situation was just uncomfortable and made us feel completely unwelcome. It's not just bad service--it felt like we were being treated differently for no reason. Honestly, we won't be coming back after this. It's disappointing to experience this kind of stuff. read more

Went to Bubba's 33 for a late lunch today. We were really hungry when we got there, so I ordered some shotgun shrimp for appetizer. Oh, boy were they yummy! Perfectly fried shrimp with some creamy spicy dressing applied on top of a huge pile of potato strings. When our lovely and courteous waitress (Sabrina) brought those out, and before we started snacking on them, I ordered the chicken bacon avocado sandwich and hubby ordered pizza. Well, by the time we finished those great shrimp, we weren't very hungry any more. The chicken was quite tasty, though I only ate a bite. He said his pizza was okay, but he's had better. My only real complaint was that tater tots were not hot. We will see how everything heats up for our lunch tomorrow. I bet it will be great. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. For the food my family got the signature ribeye 14 oz had some good taste to it already comes with a sauce on it that had a great taste, only thing I would say is if you're a steak lover I wouldn't order it since I asked for medium but got it well done like really well done. The holster sat us close to the bar, after we sat there and waited for the waitress to come in for more than 15 minutes after we noticed that nobody was coming in to take our drinks or our order we decided to leave. before that, we looked around to see if maybe there were short staff, but no, it seemed like everybody was running their mouth with their teammates.. as a manager all managers supposed to check on every staff members to see if they're taking care of their area and most of our customers. read more
