I visited this location TODAY, and I felt very welcomed by our server Ms. Jenny. And the design choices were just perfect. I loved the amount of pictures and quotes from the movie I saw on the walls I ordered the "I'm Stuffed Shrimp", and the chef Mr. Willy Lemon did a phenomenal job, the rice alone had its own taste. Today I had the Fried Chicken salad and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was cut into nice size pieces, a very good bed of mixed greens with bacon, cheese and croutons. Presentation was excellent. As always the service was excellent and I highly recommend Erica L as your server. read more

We went this past Saturday evening and had Erica G and let's just say she was amazing hands down! Was the sweetest thing and we did not have to wait for drinks she was on top of her stuff. We tried to eat here tonight with our kids. We were seated and then ignored. My husband waved around the "stop" sign on the table for 10mins before anyone noticed. After 10 more mins and seeing 4 workers pass us, we finally got to order. 30 mins later we still were not checked on at all and we never got any food. So after being there over an hour, we ended up leaving and ordered DoorDash which we got delivered in 15mins. This was the worst experience EVER at a Bubba Gumps restaurant and we have been to their gatlinburg Tennessee location, Destin Florida location, and San Francisco locations. Do not come here unless you want to just drink water and be ignored as the servers pass you by. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. read more

One of our party wanted seafood so we came to Bubba Gumps since it was in our hotel. On the menu all of the seafood was imported which makes no sense due to being on the gulf coast. My husband and I had the chicken salad which was huge. I couldn't eat it all. The lady in our party got a Caesar side salad that had just lettuce and maybe two croutons!! Got food poisoning from the oysters... you'd be better served to go somewhere that is not a chain?

Those in my party who ate became sick. I ordered the $26 Mahi Mahi, took 2 bites, didn't finish it. Manager offered another dish but no comp. So glad I passed. My husband & mother in law became sick. Restaurant smelled fishy. Tea was excellent. read more

I come here frequently and each time it is pretty busy! Like many other businesses, they have been short of staff for a while ever since the pandemic. What I will say is, each and every server and bartender work incredibly hard to accommodate guests. There are menu items that I wasn't crazy about but there is also something for everyone, you just have to find that something for you. For me, my favorite is the Shrimper's Heaven with onion rings! It's always served hot and fresh (their onion rings are some of the best I have ever had)! I also really love the Cesar salad if I want something a bit lighter. My favorite drinks are the frozen margaritas with a shot of Grand Marnier. During my next visit, I plan to try another dish that I haven't had yet. The food was amazing as always. The views outside was pretty nice, our service was HORRIBLE! Our waitress never brought one of our drinks, I ended up giving my kid my drink, never came and refilled our cups or came to check on us to see if we needed anything, another server did. I wish I could have tipped the other server instead, when we asked for the check she just started aggressively taking our plates off the table. I had to make her leave our plates. I'll definitely be more selective of my server next trip. Because the money we pay to eat out service should have been top notch. read more

Well we planned on going someplace else but the line was 2 hours so we pivot! I am so very glad we did. I've always wanted to eat at Bubba Gump because I am a fan of Tom Hanks and most of his movies. Serendipitous experience. Randi was our server who was cheered up, informative and charming as she stared down an open to close shift on Thanksgiving. The place is everything you would want it to be. Clean, full of cool memorabilia and a great view. I have been wanting an espresso martini and that was the second serendipitous thing to happen. It wasn't as it looked on the menu but it was very good. Husband had a pomegranate mojito! The mint and pomegranate was a surprisingly good mix. Husband is a traditionalist and he went with a beautiful turkey ham meal. I'm traditional in the way if your at a shrimp place... eat shrimp. Everything was very good and the turkey was excellent!!! I've eaten at Bubba Gump many times over the years...it's inside the Golden Nugget Casino. The place has a lot Of interesting things from the movie "Forrest Gump" hanging on the wall. In almost every case, I've found the service to be extremely slow. It stays that way consistently. I've seen wait staff fuss among each other, heard yelling from the kitchen and I've learned to accept it. If you're on any kind of schedule, this is not the place to go. The food is good. There's nothing special about it, but if it comes out warm, it's good. The drinks are okay. I always hope service will be better...but since 2016 it's been about the same. read more

We love Bubba Gump Shrimp. First time at the Biloxi location. We had the Heavenly Shrimp and the Bourbon St. Mahi Mahi with shrimp. Both were great and was definitely enough to fill us up plus some. I really had high hopes for this restaurant. Please know that this location is inside the casino. We decided to dine in Saturday around 6PM. We were told that there was currently a 30-45 minute wait due to a big party on the patio and the cooks needing to catch up. They took out number and told us we would receive a text once our table was ready. We decided that we would just go ahead and leave since it was inside the casino where smoking was allowed and we had our 7month old baby with us. We were probably 1 minute down the road when we received the text that a table was ready. We decided to turn back around to dine. The waitress, Kay, took our drink orders, put our drink orders in then came back to give them to us. She was running off so quickly that i had to stop her to let her know that we wanted to order apps as well. We ordered the half pound of peel and eat shrimp. The inside didn't seem so crowded but food took a while. And even after we got our appetizer and finished it, it took a while for Kay to come back to take our orders. When she finally came back, we placed our orders. My husband got a fried platter and my son also got a fried catfish platter. I ordered a dozen of the "chargrilled oysters". One thing i cannot stand is when restaurants bake their oysters and call them chargrilled. That was the case here. Nothing about the oysters were chargrilled and the side of red beans and rice that i ordered was cold. I took one bite out of the oysters and knew that i wouldn't eat them so i sent them back and just ordered another half pound of the Peel N Eat shrimp. Of course it took another 11 mins for those to be ready. Overall, the food was mediocre. The service was mid. I feel like this restaurant is overhyped. read more

This place is very busy and is located inside the Golden Nugget Casino. We had to wait for about 30 minutes before we were called to get seated. The hostess seemed kind of impatient and aggravated, and our waiter was quite nice but also seemed impatient. He was busy, so he didn't really let us replace our sides for something else. DRINKS: We started off with a few alcoholic beverages: "Rum Forest Rum", "Top Shelf Long Island Iced Tea", & "Tropical Breeze." The drinks were very sweet but the Long Island was strong. FOOD: For food, we ordered the glazed salmon (medium rare), surf & turf, and the seafood trio, and a side of coconut shrimp. The food was very disappointing. This is supposed to be a seafood restaurant, and the most decent part of the food was the steak, which was still very mediocre. This is a tourist trap!. The salmon was still cold in the middle and the shrimps from all of our meals were dry. The seafood trio was not good at all. We didn't finish it. The coconut shrimp was skimpy and small, and they only gave us 4 pieces. I do not recommend this place. read more

So I'm kind if torn about this review. My husband and I went to Biloxi for our anniversary. I really wanted crab legs. We didn't feel like leaving the hotel and this place was in the hotel. I saw they had crabs legs. My crab legs were really good. I just didn't like that all the seasoning was on the outside though. Here I am all dressed up and my hands are a mess, my face was a mess. They did give me a bib which helped a little. My husband ordered a fried chicken tender app and fried chicken sandwich. The app had NO seasoning at all, not even salt. We told the waiter to let the chef know and he said awe ok. Then his sandwich came out and it was the same way. We weren't expecting New Orleans type seasoning but at least some salt. We sat outside which had a nice view of the pool. It was a peaceful setting. Everything seamed fairly clean. I'm not really sure if we'll eat there again or not. read more
