My dad got his favorite: massaman beef curry and I got the Tao Hu Hor. It came out quickly, which was good as I was on a time crunch and needed to get back to work. I knew as soon as I laid eyes on my food, it would be good and I was correct. Gorgeous little bundles of veggies smothered in black bean sauce, one of my favorite flavors and in addition to the bean curd skin that wraps around piles of spinach and mushrooms, there's also slices of bean curd, so this is a plant protein powerhouse dish. And absolutely delicious. My father almost lost his mind over how good the sauce is and I think he may consider ordering it in the future (he's a devout meat eater so this is unusual, heh).
