That's an owner/operator who cares about his business. The drinks are amazing! Despite answering her questions about my service dog, she repeatedly confronted me, got in my face, and yelled about my 10 lb service animal. As someone with PTSD this triggered an anxiety attack. Her behavior was unacceptable and discriminatory. I urge you to address this manager's actions and provide your staff training on service animal polices. Sadly, we will not be shopping here again.

She greeted me right away, and when I told her I had a to‑go order, she knew exactly what it was without any confusion, which made the whole pickup feel really easy and calm. The green smoothie was fresh, The Works bagel was loaded and REALLY satisfying (and perfectly filling), and the chickpea salad from the fridge case made an easy, healthy meal for later. It's the kind of 'healthy hippie' spot I look for on trips, and I'd definitely stop here again!! I don't know how many times I said "oh wow, that's so good!!" even though I was eating by myself.
