I ordered a single cheeseburger, crinkle cut fries, and a side of the Goldie's sauce. The total came out to $13.75. I waited for about 5 - 8 minutes for the food. I did end up eating in the park. The burger is a thin smashburger and pretty huge. It had lettuce, red onion, pickles, and Goldie's sauce. The burger was good and the sauce is a tangy mustard relish type of sauce. I really liked the bun, it's like an everything seasoning bun. It was fresh and toasty. As for the crinkle cut fries, I really like the seasoning. Each fry was coated very well, but they were not cooked to my liking. While they were hot and fresh, the fries were still soft as if they needed to cooked a bit longer. Also I believe that for dipping the Cajun mayo would've a better dipping option over the Goldie's sauce just because the seasoning on the fries. Overall, it was pretty good lunch for a nice day in the park.

It's been a few years since I've had a shake there (dairy's not a good choice when bicycling in hot weather), but I remember them fondly as well. I live about 15 miles away, near Gainesville, and the only fast food style burger I've had in this general geographic area that even comes close to Shakers is from a little "weekday only, lunch only" place called Mac's. None of the big chains can touch Shakers. It's worth the ride.

It looked great, well put together. However, I was a bit put back with fries. I prefer a regular straight cut with no coatings. Like Checker fries, but hay, people must like them. Most reviews they really liked the onion rings, next time. First bite and I could tell the LTO was fresh and Lettuce crispy. The burger was also done right too with the cheese nicely melted, should of tried the onion rings. Overall I will return, to try a shake and the rings. Service was great and clean place.
