I found one tank and took it to them and asked DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE REPLACING GAS TANKS? I never have so I had no understanding of any issues that arose from a removal AND THEY STATED THEY HAVE DONE LOTS!. The tank was installed and the roll over valve was stuck closed, the tank was smoke check by Bryden and I did not know or request that but they seemed to, and I am glad they did, but then why did they NOT test the roll over valve?that was their miss, AND THEY REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT EVEN THOUGH THEY overcharged me for this whole process. Now I have to spend 10 minutes putting in 2 gallons of gas because the fill tube is the only vent and it immediately fills with fuel as you pump it in..THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!! UPDATE: 6/21/24 After stating I was never there, I posted a copy of the receipt and suddenly you removed the comment I was never there, only shows how unscrupulous you are. You must be stupid to think I could not prove you did this. You can add lying to the reasons NOT to be taken by this shady organization. HERE IS THE RECEIPT PROVING I WAS IN YOUR SHOP. AND! to boot, when I complained to you, your response was you cannot remove the rollover valve because it might never seal. Well guess what , I did not see this originally but you charged me to replace the roll over valve gasket. I am pretty darn sure you had to remove the roll over valve to replace the gasket and why you did not test it is on you. Lying about it is why this business needs to go away. My Girlfriend and I were referred to Brydens by a close friend, after being ripped off getting a used car on the road at an UNNAMED shop up north. The lot was full and each of 4 service bays had a car being worked on. We immediately panicked because we really only needed our AC serviced and this seemed like a shop for race cars. Within 5 minutes Bryden Thrasher had us in the office, preparing an estimate. Within 3 hours we were contacted letting us know that the car was ready and $60 under the estimated cost. The air conditioner was blowing hot air when we brought the car in to Brydens. I took my 1994 2 door Blazer and not only did they fix my vehicle, they also personally drove it through emissions. The reason why I gave a one star is because I can't give negative stars. I took my car in to get the water pump replaced and was told it would be 180 dollars. 6 hours later I got a call that my car was done. When I got there he said it was going to be 400 dollars. He decided to replace many parts in my car with out asking. This did not sit well with me. I would not tell anyone to go here. It will be a waste of time and money. read more

I took my Dodge Sprinter, with a Mercedes Benz engine on it (which no one wants to touch because it happens to be diesel, he fixed it quickly, I loved the work. My husband got on the phone and picked Bryden's off a long list of Google choices - a total crap shoot. Well, we won! Bryden met me at a very early hour, and did a quick repair that got me on the road, with no waiting. As a result, I was on-time for my flight! NEVER GO HERE!!!!! All these 5 star reviews have to be friends of the family. I had my vehicle towed in and I told them I just had a new battery installed yesterday so I think I have a bad alternator. They said well we have to do a 80 to 90 dollar diagnostic test to confirm. I dropped my car off at 840 am. They call me at 145 saying yes it was the alternator and it will be $650 dollars to repair. Plus you might need a throttle body and that has nothing to do with an alternator. I called three other places quote was 320 340 & 360 for the job. So I took it to Mike's Automotive and they saw that it was only a loose wire from the battery to the alternator. Alternator was fine. They are straight crooks!!! read more

Don't expect these guys to care about their community during this Covid pandemic. I needed a head light bulb replaced as well as a leaky valve cover replaced for my 6 year old Honda Accord. I asked him to please not overcharge me given the economy crash. Keith assured me he wouldn't. Well after I paid him nearly $300 for the valve cover he wanted to charge me $80 more for the bulb change!!! I asked if he could even knock $20 off and he refused. I told him $20 is a big deal to me right now in these uncertain times. He stated that $20 was a big deal for him too! So I drove on over to auto zone and bought a bulb for $14 (Keith said it was $39) and the autozone associate put it in for me for free I'm about 3 minutes!!! Glad I didn't let Keith rip me off in the middle of a world crisis!! I really hoped this place would treat me well given the other good reviews and his fake friendly phone voice but I was wrong.
