The team member examined the tire and suspected a puncture. The waiting room had a refrigerator with bottled water, so I helped myself. Seats lined the main area, and I never observed anyone having to stand. A bathroom is present. I was surprised to hear my name called by a technician versus an associate. I was sent on my way with a patched tire at no charge. I will definitely consider having Discount Tire replace the tires in the fall.

He told me they had the size I needed in stock and quoted me a price and informed me that I could bring my trailer in anytime. I had 2 fairs to do and after unloading my trailer I decided to make an online appointment for 3:15. I arrived at 2:00 so that I could be there. Parking is limited so just beware there is parking on the street which is definitely where I parked. Jeffery was the associate that helped me. After looking at my tires he informed me that they didn't have the ones i had on in stock and would have to order them. I didn't want to have to come back so I asked if there were any other tires that would be a good fit as well as in my price range. He did go and look it up and found tires that he said would 99% be a good match. I paid for my tires (they give military discount with ID) and Jeffery said I will get a text message when they are finished. As u took a seat, the people started coming in. Glad I came early because there was a line out the door at 2:50pm. The associates were great. They acknowledged the customers coming in, waited on the ones at the counter, picked up the tickets to check customers out, answered the phones, pulled vehicles in and out of the bays and ended the transactions. That's not counting the ones working on the vehicles. They take appointments and walk-ins. They have plenty of open space seating inside and nice clean bathrooms. My recommendation is to schedule online, come in early, bring a snack, something to do or read and enjoy the comfortable seats. They had my trailer in the side of the building where they were working on tires for a truck as well. My invoice was emailed to me. 3:24 my trailer was ready and I was on the road with 2 brand new tires! Thanks again Jeffery for your help!

I set up a reservation for 6pm on Friday because that was the only time I was offered on the day the tires were to arrive. I called them at 4pm to find out if they could do an oil change if I came in early. The phone was forwarded to the operator who told me they had already left for the day. Their hours are listed as being open until 7pm. The store manager was no help at all. I couldn't even pick my tires up and take them somewhere else to have them installed. They claimed they didn't have access to the tires. I had an appointment for an alignment at 8am Saturday morning that I had to book a week in advance. I was unable to make the trip I had scheduled because the Tire and Lube shop closed 3 hrs early and didn't have the courtesy to call me. The manager told me she didn't know why they took reservations online and that they were short handed. Evidently they let the Tire and Lube shop work when ever they feel like it. I cancelled the order and plan to never buy anything from Walmart Tire and Lube ever again. Terrible customer service and no schiffs given.

A story with a great ending. A week ago I had an over heat in my Ford Explorer. Recovered on it's…read moreown, but I decided to take to Express, get an oil change and have them put in a new thermostat. The tech there was very knoweldgeable and courteous to the max. Finished up, paid the bill and left only to have it over heat a couple of miles down the road. Turned around, took it back and the saga of troubleshooting began. To make a long story short, after several parts (over a period of days) were changed the tech figured he might have gotten a bad part. Changed the thermostat out again and fixed the issue. Now they could have hit me up for additional troubleshooting, but the answer when I asked what I owed was, you paid for a thermostat. We had a bad one out of stock and that has now been replaced and you owe us nothing else. I have been a mechanic over 40 years in aviation. Bad parts happen and can drive you crazy. The tech at Express was open, honest and kept at the issue until it was resolved. I could not have asked for better treatment and will return for my routine maintenance in the future.

Once I pulled up, I stated I was not popping the hood, I told the first person I was there to have the car tires examined as now a second time was low. The vehicle was pulled around back and after a wait I was informed that their technology could not patch a tire with its tread depth. They referred me to two other businesses. I requested topping off the tires, which they did. On both visits, staff was cordial.
