The team member examined the tire and suspected a puncture. The waiting room had a refrigerator with bottled water, so I helped myself. Seats lined the main area, and I never observed anyone having to stand. A bathroom is present. I was surprised to hear my name called by a technician versus an associate. I was sent on my way with a patched tire at no charge. I will definitely consider having Discount Tire replace the tires in the fall.

Secondly their stole my Very expensive cancer medication. They are not to be trusted and are very racist towards their minority employees. I set up a reservation for 6pm on Friday because that was the only time I was offered on the day the tires were to arrive. I called them at 4pm to find out if they could do an oil change if I came in early. The phone was forwarded to the operator who told me they had already left for the day. Their hours are listed as being open until 7pm. The store manager was no help at all. I couldn't even pick my tires up and take them somewhere else to have them installed. They claimed they didn't have access to the tires. I had an appointment for an alignment at 8am Saturday morning that I had to book a week in advance. I was unable to make the trip I had scheduled because the Tire and Lube shop closed 3 hrs early and didn't have the courtesy to call me. The manager told me she didn't know why they took reservations online and that they were short handed. Evidently they let the Tire and Lube shop work when ever they feel like it. I cancelled the order and plan to never buy anything from Walmart Tire and Lube ever again. Terrible customer service and no schiffs given.

I would not bring your car here unless for regular maintenance and you didn't have another choice…read more I brought a Ford Taurus SHO here when it was it was having a misfire issue. The car threw a CEL check engine light and said to stop driving so I took it to the closest shop I could. That was a mistake. They. Told me they would look at it, but did not want to listen to anything I had to say. I tried to tell them the car was modified and had full bolt ons. They didn't want to hear it and acted like they knew how to handle anything. Ila few days go by while they work on other cars and then I guess they start looking at it. They call back saying it needs coils and plugs. Keep in mind the coils and plugs had lasts than 50k miles on them. So I tell them to go ahead. They end up charging me 1,600$ for a job that takes a competent mechanic maybe an hour to do. They charged me more than double what the spark plugs cost ANYWHERE. Okay fine they need to make their money whatever. They charge me 500-600 for coils. They called me a day or two later saying the car was done. I go to pick it up and make it Maybe 5 minutes down the road before the problem reappears. I call them back. They state they are closed so bring the car back tomorrow. Okay great so I drive it miss-firing the whole time the 12-15 minutes home. I bring it back the next day and ask what is the deal. The service writer proceeds to tell me the turbos are likely bad. I ask what he bases that off of. He talks out of his behind making no logical sense. Keep in mind the car had new turbos installed maybe 20k miles ago, which they would have known had they taken any time to listen to me. I had already paid at this point so I was going to get it resolved. Another day goes by and they call me back stating it is ready. I asked what the problem was. I asked did they compare the spark plugs they pulled out of it to the new ones? Shocker they did not. They out factory plugs in my non factory car that were not the same temperature hot/cold rating. I asked them to get me the right plugs. They said they would warranty out the old ones but never did. I asked several times did they change all the coils or just one and I never got a straight answer. Needless to say a few months later the issue comes back. I decided to do it myself this time, which is really what I should have done the first time. Come to find I had one NGK plug and 5 Motorcraft Ford Plug. Tell me if they did my plugs how did I have a mismatched set??! So at this point I can't trust that they changed all six coils and I end up having to redo what I overpaid them 1,600$ to do. It took me about 2 hours. Keep in mind I work healthcare IT and am not a mechanic. I work on things when I have to but I don't enjoy it. Long story short I would not trust this place for anything. I wouldn't trust them to put the oil you pay for if you use anything but the cheapest oil. Let them plug a tire maaaybe. The rest please save yourself the hassle and frustration and go somewhere else.

Anyways took it up there so they could feel the shake and they couldn't feel anything even tho I showed the video of my gym bag shaking like crazy as I drove. Learned from that one. A story with a great ending. A week ago I had an over heat in my Ford Explorer. Recovered on it's…read moreown, but I decided to take to Express, get an oil change and have them put in a new thermostat. The tech there was very knoweldgeable and courteous to the max. Finished up, paid the bill and left only to have it over heat a couple of miles down the road. Turned around, took it back and the saga of troubleshooting began. To make a long story short, after several parts (over a period of days) were changed the tech figured he might have gotten a bad part. Changed the thermostat out again and fixed the issue. Now they could have hit me up for additional troubleshooting, but the answer when I asked what I owed was, you paid for a thermostat. We had a bad one out of stock and that has now been replaced and you owe us nothing else. I have been a mechanic over 40 years in aviation. Bad parts happen and can drive you crazy. The tech at Express was open, honest and kept at the issue until it was resolved. I could not have asked for better treatment and will return for my routine maintenance in the future.

The vehicle was pulled around back and after a wait I was informed that their technology could not patch a tire with its tread depth. They referred me to two other businesses. I requested topping off the tires, which they did. On both visits, staff was cordial.
