Brought my Highlighter making a funny noise. They figured out what was going on and fixed it. Everything has been good with my car afterwards. I felt it was a little pricey but totally worth it at the end! read more

* Deceptive Practices and Inflated Bills: What started as a single P0304 cylinder misfire and a $1,685 catalytic converter repair turned into over $3,000 in out-of-pocket costs over a span of months. I was hit with a barrage of unnecessary upsells, including an $811 tune-up, a $429 fuel injector replacement, a $200 air and cabin filter change, an $85 oil change, and a $75 thermostat housing. * Severe Violations: The shop failed to provide itemized estimates, never asked for signed work authorizations, and refused to return my old parts--claiming they threw away a catalytic converter, which everyone knows holds scrap value. Estimates were even scribbled illegally on sticky notes. * Intentional Damage: After being told without a proper compression test that I needed a whole new engine or a head gasket, I pulled my truck out and took it to a second-opinion shop. They discovered loose clamps, unseated connectors, and deliberately cut engine sensors rigged to make the cold truck falsely read as overheating. * The Resolution: The second shop fixed the vehicle in just two days simply by replacing the sensors that the previous mechanic purposefully sabotaged. * Final Warning: Bryan's Auto Repair held my vehicle for over a month, used high-pressure tactics ("bro you need a new engine"), backdated invoices, and created extra codes out of thin air. I have meticulous records, recordings of him stumbling over lies, and clear photo proof of the intentional damage. Save your money and take your business anywhere else. read more

My car battery died on Christmas weekend and I arrived to the shop 15 minutes before close, in 20 degree weather, with no appointment and he took my car in and got me fixed up with no question. Incredibly friendly service, refused to let me tip him as he could tell how desperate I was to get home and insisted it was a Christmas gift. thank you so much for helping me get home to see my family! read more

DO NOT.. and I mean Seriously .. DO NOT come here. I Took Bryan the owner to Small claims court downtown Raleigh 2021 for causing continuous oil Leaks in my car (over a three visit time span) after going there for a simple oil change/ tune up .. he refused to fix issue after causing the oil leaks .His brother Works inside the shop (look just like him) and was the mechanic that actually caused the oil leaks after spending REALLY good money with him . This issues lead to transmission problem which ultimately destroyed my mustang . This story is too detailed to not be the truth. I hope you reading this stay away from Bryan's Auto. read more

My car was towed to Bryan's Auto Repair on 10/16/2019 after it lost power. On 10/29/2019, I called for status and they indicated that they had not started working on the vehicle because they thought I was out of town for an extended amount of time. Don't know how they deducted that, but OK. However weeks and weeks passed and I received no return calls from Bryan's so I finally filed a BBB complaint. Bryan's "excuse" was that they were waiting for me to pay my bill, even though I had given them a sizable deposit AND the car was not fixed. I called several dozens of times over the course of Nov., never talking to Bryan, nor getting a call back. I even dropped in to try and find out the status. No luck. I finally got word the car would be done 11/29. I called again on the 11/30 and supposedly the check engine light was on, which was a complete shock, as it has never illuminated as long as I've owned the car. Bryan was taking the car to BMW to reset the light. In the meantime, they gave me a vehicle to drive since it has been in their shop to long. However, it was an unregistered vehicle, which for someone with a Class A Commercial License, this is serious. Again, after an absurd number of calls not responded to, I was finally told an entire computer had to be ordered but no ETA for completion. At that point my patience was shot and I've reached my limit for putting up with the bull! On 02/29/2020, I finally went to pick up my car, only to find, a gash on the side of the car, check engine light still on and NOW, the car does not shift into park. So I am now stuck with a car that is worse than when I took it to Bryan's. I've asked for my deposit back but once again am not getting any calls back. This shop is both unprofessional and unreliable. To possess a customer's vehicle for over 4 months, and still not produce finished product, but one with more damage is ridiculous. To continuously dodge a customer's call, and to force the customer to find alternate transportation for an obtusely exaggerated amount of time, and not communicate progress is extremely unprofessional...not mention the slanderous accusations communicated to the BBB saying they were just waiting on payment to release the vehicle. Stay clear of this shop. read more

An issue occurred recently where he personally appeared to my house claiming he was going to sue me if a car that was taken there was not paid off for the work done. when I personally didn't even take the car to his shop or was aware of the situation. He disclosed this matter not directly with me but first with family members that were outside of my house. Very unprofessional way of handling the situation. read more

They repaired my car-new break rotors. When the car was returned to me, it made this terrible noise every time I hit a bump. This noise was not there before I took it to this shop. I took it back to the shop twice afterwards to repair this and the noise was still there. The last time I dropped it off, I feel like they never looked at it because it was suppose to be ready on a Saturday and it wasn't. And I needed the car Monday morning, so I picked it up and was told they made adjustments-still the noise was there. I texted the owner and he never followed up. I took it to Williams automotive and they discovered that when bryans automotive installed the new rotors, they did not put on the anti-rattling hardware clips that comes with the assembly-and that was what was causing the noise-its a very simple fix and should have been completed when the rotors were installed. Also, they never show up to the shop until 10am in the morning and constantly over promise and under-deliver when your car will be ready. I would never-ever take my car here again. I was patient and gave them three times to fix the problem they created. I never give bad reviews but I had too this time. read more

On numerous occasions I have took my vehicle bryans auto and left with the same issues. Be aware because you won't be able to tell as soon as you leave but the next day or two you will (patch job professionals) If he or his brother Rudy (head mechanic and part owner) cause a issue they WILL ask you to pay again to fix what they caused. Consider this message before taking your car here. read more

I was really scared that I was going to be taken advantage of because I am a single girl without a male figure to help me when it comes to problems and issues with vehicles. I would always have to research what they tell me before and after and figure out if I'm being bambozzled. Well this company put me at ease. They gave me reliable information. They could have made more off of me but they care about the integrity of their business first. So I say this... I will be taking my vehicles to them and recommending them to my fellow single ladies. And it was my supervisor (who's a man) that told me about this place and that they were the best. read more

I was recommended to go to this place. They did an excellent job. They are reliable, they have fair prices.
