After repeatedly ghosting us on…read moreservice calls which we waited months for, then weeks on the reschedule, then days for the re-re-schedule which was resolved by a tech calling instead of showing up and basically saying "yeah, we know what the problem is, it's real common and we could easily prevent it from happening, but we make you ask us first, and it's not cold now, so, I'm not going to fix it, but if you remember to ask next winter we can come out." Meanwhile, during the time when we waited for months for a service call, the same truck that could have fixed the issue out of basic understanding of how the system works came but to fill our tank, but it was already full, so they charged us $64 anyway. When I challenged the office with this they claimed it was for an inspection, which apparently isn't covered in the $65/year rental fee we pay. So when I'd had enough we called to cancel the service, and told them they can take the $64 out of the refund for the fuel in the tank. Turns out just to END your business dealings with this company they will charge you $250. That's what it costs to terminate a service after 5 years of paying $65/yr for rent, and plus fuel and delivery fees. Do not under any circumstances contact this company for your needs. Of my 4 close friends, when I asked 2 of them had horror stories from dealing with this compan, so that's 3 out of 5 having a negative interaction. Worst utility I've ever had to deal with

I reached there at around 6:30 AM (best thing I did) and there were only 4 other people before me. By 7:45, there was a long queue of about 30+ people. By 8 AM, the office opened and the officer announced that they would take the appointments first and maybe after 11, they would take the walk-ins. However, within 15 mins, they asked the people on the bench (all walk-ins) to get in and I was done in next 30 mins. By 9 AM, I walked out with my driving license renewed. Amazing place, amazing staff. Very efficient, courteous, humble, understanding and professionals. If you are nice and respectful, you would get the same response back from them too. The insurance claim process was further delayed, because Carolina Conduit refused to offer a statement on the accident or allow the drive to speak to the insurance company.
