It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

We needed the house thoroughly "Wiped" down so that the painter can now come in and do his job without sealing saw dust permanently on our walls etc.! Chris came to the house and did a walk through. He gave me enough confidence to leave him with a key and allow him and his crew to go into my empty home with BRAND NEW wood flooring.
