Two weeks later, on the day of the cleaning, nobody showed up at the agreed time, which was a waste of my time because I drove to the house to let them in and show them around. My husband and I were moving out of our apartment on May 31st and needed a deep clean to ensure that we did not accrue any extra charges from our complex. I left my key outside of the door, and the great part about it, they only had to update me on their arrival window. They were not bothersome whatsoever (didn't send me a bunch of text updates), and when we went to go look at the apartment, it was IMMACULATE!! We attempted to call to set up monthly cleanings for our new home, but unfortunately we are too far away :( The price is surely reasonable and service impeccable. Highly recommended!

The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience.
