The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

We had such a good experience with these guys!…read more Months ago, my husband sat next to a guy who works here or owns it or something, on a plane, and got his card. I found it humorous, but didn't think much of it. Fast forward 6 months, and we find ourselves with a botched pressure washing job the day before our house is supposed to go on the market. My husband is in Denver; I have to work all day, and I'm close to freaking out. Hubs remembers this nice guy he sat next to on a plane this one time and gives them a call. They called around to reschedule another job (anonymous thanks to the kind civilian out there who helped make this minor miracle possible) so they could come to us the very next day. They did a great job. Apparently they called my husband to ask if they could come back a different day, because it was literally freezing temperatures out there. He said he wanted them to be safe, but that if there was any way, that we really needed it done that day. They did as much pressure washing and window cleaning as they could before they had to call it quits due to the weather. I was impressed with their customer service; the quality of their work, and also the foreman who had the safety of his crew at heart to say that they just couldn't do any more, and didn't put their life and limbs in jeopardy. I couldn't recommend them any higher. I'm just disappointed I wasn't able to be home to see them work! ;o)

The Tech's who came out are also very friendly and courteous. They even go through and do a walk through with you and point out anything that they see on the windows that was not removable. Customer service always begins with the initial call all the way to the final product and Men in Kilts get it right from the start to the finish. I recently moved and had heard decent things about this cleaning company, and so I hired them for a…read moremove-in/out clean at both my previous and current places. This was going to be a trial run to see if I would like to hire them to do regular monthly cleans, so I was happy to find they did such a great job and were so thorough for the cleans. So I called their office shortly after and committed to monthly deep cleans. The first monthly clean was okay, but there were obvious signs of neglect, such as gross countertops and some areas looked like they hadn't been touched. So I figured it was an off day and decided to give them one more try. The second monthly clean was highly disappointing. Areas were not dusted, my kitchen still felt gross, and my bathrooms felt skimped. What makes matters worse is that I have cameras in and around my home, and I was watching as two of three maids were just standing in my living room for a good 20 minutes, not cleaning, just talking. The third was upstairs cleaning during this time and I watched as one of them took their hand and brushed off my table, instead of wiping it down with a cloth. I was so appalled when I got home and found dust on so much of my furniture and after having seen the camera footage, I called their office to let them know what happened. Once I said that I didn't want to have them clean my house again, I was met with "okay have a nice day!" And hung up on me. If this new office manager is there to help with issues with the business and service, maybe do what you can to make things right. I didn't want them coming back to my house because they had proved themselves to be overlooking the minute details. Which, if you are claiming to be a professional cleaning company, I would expect way more than this.
