I do not recommend this company. We scheduled a deep…read moreclean/move-in clean to be done before our belongings were being moved into our new home. During our initial conversations, I explained that I wanted the house cleaned from top to bottom, including the trim, baseboards, and everything in between. The house was completely unfurnished at the time, and I was assured that it would be clean and move-in ready when the job was finished. The price seemed reasonable, so we felt comfortable moving forward. Unfortunately, that was far from the experience we had. When our belongings were moved in not even 48 hours after the "cleaning", we discovered that the house was nowhere near move-in ready. I had to clean almost every kitchen cabinet before I could put anything away. One cabinet shelf even had unpopped popcorn kernels scattered all over it. 75% of the light fixtures had dust caked on them. Every single blind and window sill was visibly covered in dust and dirt. (It is impossible for this amount of build up to occur within 48 hours). There was literal hair and debris inside the refrigerator and freezer, and the baseboards throughout the house were visibly dirty. In multiple places, I could run my finger across a surface and clearly see the dirt come off. These were not minor details that required a magnifying glass to notice; they were obvious things that should have been addressed during a deep clean, especially in an empty house. The only thing that looked noticeably cleaner than it did at our final closing walk through, was the oven. That's it. I contacted the company on Saturday afternoon and left a voicemail. After not receiving a response, I messaged their business page that evening. I explained the situation, and offered to send them the probably 40 pictures/videos I had taken if they could provide me with an email to send them too. They apologized, acknowledged that this was not their standard, and told me the issue would be handled first thing Monday morning. I understood that it was the weekend and was willing to give them the opportunity to make things right. But However, by 3 p.m. Monday, I still had not heard anything, so I called and left another voicemail. I called again Tuesday morning with no response, messaged their business page again (the message was read but never answered), and made one final attempt to contact them on Wednesday. As of writing this review, I have still received no response or resolution. It is now almost a week later. Mistakes can happen, and I would have been willing to give the company an opportunity to correct the poor quality of the cleaning. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that they acknowledged the issue and said they were going to address it, only to completely stop communicating. Moving into a new home is already stressful enough without having to spend time cleaning the house, especially when you have hired someone to do it for you. It was extremely disappointing to walk into what was suppose to be your new and clean house, only to find out I will now be cleaning it myself because I can't unpack otherwise. The complete lack of follow-through afterward made the experience even worse. Just extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company for a deep clean or move-in clean. Based on our experience, the quality of the work was unacceptable, and the customer service afterward was just as disappointing. I have attached just some of the pictures and videos that I took. This is what we walked into on Move-in day.
