We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

The cleaning team will then try to slip out a door quietly leaving without checking in to see if you are happy. There is also NEVER a team member who speaks English on the cleaning team. So it is always very hard to communicate on the day of the cleaning appointment. When brought to the attention of a co-owner said co-owner will gaslight you with a fake order form and insinuate you are not being honest about what you ordered and PAID for in advance!! Pictures attached to support my claims of gaslighting and the poor cleaning. I will agree the co-owner wanted to send the team back to fix a bad clean job however as you see in his gaslighting email, he still insinuates I didn't order and pay for additional services that were not rendered. Thank goodness I still had my original confirmation of what was ordered and paid for. I don't know about you, but I refuse to allow people in my home who insinuate I'm lying. After actually doing their research they DID find I actually ordered and PAID for services not rendered. Maybe they should have researched first and not insinuate. That would have saved a client and this BAD review!! We had paid $370 for the cleaning. Pictures attached show they couldn't even dust properly. The house still needs cleaning after they left. I only requested to be refunded for the services I paid for that were not rendered. The co-owner on his own accord ended up refunding the entire cost and then whined to me about how his workers did actually work. Well then Josue don't refund the whole amount. Nobody asked you to do that and then play poor me. I don't know what's gone on with this company but we are DONE and we can no longer support or refer to Ana's Cleaning. Edit to add after Ana's reply: We didn't fire you because of 1 cleaning mistake. Though we found the cleaning to be done very poorly. We fired you because your business partner choose to not believe a client (who was correct by the way) and expressed that in a way that came across as insinuating that I was wrong. Instead of doing the right thing first and INVESTIGATING what exactly happened. That's why we fired you and that's why we are leaving a bad review. I've used Ana's cleaning services once last year and I never got around to writing a review. I…read morescheduled for them to come last Friday but 5 minutes after they arrived, the power went out due to the rain from Hurricane Ian so they obviously weren't able to clean. So they got me on the phone with the scheduler and they were able to get them rescheduled to the following Wednesday. They showed up on time at 830am and didn't seem to mind that my cat and dog weren't crated. I think they liked my dog a lot. I work from home so I stayed upstairs in my loft area while they worked. They got done with everything in an hour and 45 minutes which was great timing as I needed to present in a meeting at 11am. I added baseboard cleaning and oven cleaning and they did a great job. I think some of the baseboards were missed but it's not noticeable. My oven hasn't been this shiny since I first got it. I decided to sign up for a recurring monthly cleaning. I really enjoy getting my house deep cleaned and me not having to be the one to do it! I really love that they made my paper towels look cute, left a card with the names of the ladies that cleaned my house and gave me a cleaning rag!
