It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

Missing Service Items: We agreed on vacuum cleaning and wet vacuuming all 5 rooms, cleaning the floor in the living room and the kitchen. I have confirmed with them multiple times about the service items before they came. However, they missed one room and the stairs. Job Quality Needs Improviment: The cleaning tools are not good enough. Their vacuum machine does not have the tool to handle the edges of the carpets, leaving all edges untreated. The floor remained dirty after the lady left, and we had to redo the cleaning ourselves. I am giving some stars because the lady was a very nice person, willing to discuss the cleaning details with us. She worked hard for long hours, but the quality can be improved by using better tools. Value: They asked a very reasonable price for deep cleaning. However, given that the quality is more like regular cleaning, the value is lowered. They offered a follow up visit after we complained. Unfortunately, the offered time won't work for us since this is a move-out cleaning. As a result, we have wasted extra hours on cleaning ourselves. Overall, I would give 2 stars for the value.

I had a pretty subpar experience with these cleaners from beginning to end. I originally found them…read moreon Yelp and started talking about pricing. I sent them the size of my house and what I was looking for and they sent me a price. I decided to go with them because they were about $50 cheaper then the other cleaners I reached out to. When they got to my house they took a look around and said to do everything I requested would be almost double the price. I was not prepared for a jump that big so I told them I wanted to cancel and then they informed me that it would be a $60 cancellation fee. We then agreed for them to do as much cleaning as they could for the original price. I left my house and came back to a house that was in worse condition. They broke 3 of my blinds, took out a toilet seat screw that they couldn't get back in, moved big pieces of furniture and didn't put it back (office desk, tv stand, etc.), and left piles of dust in my house. I asked them to wipe down the glass in my shower again and without even trying they said there was nothing that they could do. Overall, my house was relatively cleaner but for the price and quality I would've been better off doing it myself. The one consolation was that they admitted to the things they broke and agreed to reimburse me for it. Response to business: I believe I was fair and accurate in my review. Your work did not deserve more than 3 stars. Your employees did not tell me things were broken, I had to search through my house to discover what was broken. That should not be required during a regular cleaning. Your employees broke 3 blinds. You would think after breaking one or two they would stop cleaning them and let me know why, but they did not. The toilet was 100% damaged by your employees. There were no issues until after your cleaning. I also should not have to vacuum dirt piles after your employees leave. I'm happy some your other customers had a good experience, but unfortunately that was not the case for me.

How a company can THROW AWAY A CHILD'S ARTWORK and other PERSONAL BELONGINGS is really beyond my comprehension. None of the items listed above could in anyway be confused for trash. It was just cruel to do that to my children and really inexcusable. That's really all that needs to be said, but I also want to mention that they felt they had the right to redecorate my house. They moved items from room to room (ex: the kleenex in the bathroom was in the kitchen, the flashlight under the sink was on my stack of papers, my plants were moved, my children's toys were moved from the kitchen to the playroom and vice versa, the puppet theater was moved from the living room to the front hallway.... it goes on and on; completely unnecessary and inappropriate). It took me 1/2 hour to put everything back in its place.
