MM is just as wonderful as they were back then. I mentioned in my last review, traditionally, after a cleaning company has been cleaning our home for a bit, we start having issues after the 6 month range and the service goes down hill. I can proudly say that nothing has changed, except that Desmond is no longer there. Frannie, the owner, is extremely helpful, thorough, and communicative re: questions the cleaning staff has for me. I am looking forward to continuing our services with Molly Maid, and loving the job that they do for our home. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.
