If you are looking for a company to clean your trash cans, go with a different company. About a year ago I contacted Mark for information on pricing, stating my original message the frequency, neighborhood, and the errors that occurred when trying to interact on his website (these errors were across a few different broswers and platform, so there was an actual issue with his website).
His responses to me were aloof, rude, and condescending. He asked all the questions I had already answered in my original response and told me to check the website, which didn't work. It was an issue with the integration on his website (diagnostics clearly showed this), but he never took the time to read or address that. What is the point of answering his questions online if he doesn't read the responses.
Myself and many of my neighbors were interested in his service. I shared screenshots of his responses, which were rude, to my neighborhood chat group to see how they wanted to proceed. It was a unanimous decision to pass on his service, so we did.
I asked a Facebook group for recommendations on trash can cleaning services and there were an overwhelming amount of responses stating to not use his business. There were actually no positive remarks about his business, even though I never mentioned his business name.
I ended up deciding to give his service a try. He cleaned the cans well, so I hired him again. I left my cans at the road, but my neighbor must have rolled them to my garage to be nice. Mark made it a point to call me after my cleaning to literally yell at me regarding the cans being at the garage, which is 30ft from the road on a paved driveway. He said that me sharing his responses to my neighborhood chat was slander, which they were not, it was just screenshots I shared with then since I was tasked to get pricing info, and that he makes notes about his clients.
I have yet to share my experience with Mark in any other setting, not even when others were making claims on Facebook about his business, but after he called me today and yelled at me about my cans, I feel it's best for people to know who they are dealing with. read more
