When my husband spoke to their offices they were apologetic and promised to come out on Saturday at a reduced rate. The problem? They never showed up on Saturday either. We sat around two days in a row waiting for a crew that never showed. Not sure what the problem was but ditching a client like a bad date is very unprofessional. The girls were easy to communicate with and had pleasant demeanors...I didn't feel uneasy leaving my home while they worked....I usually don't do that. He's a super friendly guy too and even loves my nice big dogs. He is so professional that I was taken for a loop when I found out he was not the owner; He is a technician.
