Wow crazy busy - went Saturday @10 am, 2 people. Said wait was an hour. Fortunately we were able to get right in sitting at the bar. Bartender was great, attentive but not overly so. Everything looked delicious walking by to other tables. I went with eggs Benedict & American fries. Sooo yum. Parking lot very busy (near forest hills funky Buddha). Will go back

I had them add the corned beef hash ..just right

Recently I visited the Brunch House in Grand Rapids. It was an experience for sure. Our wait was 3 hours long. We realized going on a weekend was not a great choice. Every table was full. We had a party of four and our group enjoyed their choices and the prices were similar to all the breakfast restaurants in the area. We paid $50 for 4 meals and a cinnamon roll. The only complaint was the farmers' scramble. It really lacked the hasbrowns they seemed more like they were sprinkled in but everything was visually appetizing too! The waffle was excellent, crispy and fluffy! We also loved the pancakes. The cinnamon roll is a frosted topping and that was also very soft and delicious. Service was good but very slow I don't think our server had enough time to check in on us because of how busy she and the entire team was which is understandable. The restaurant is located in a strip mall where parking is limited! We drove around quite a bit to get an open spot. Overall I would visit again and try other menu items!

I came here for the first time over the weekend and it did not disappoint! I got the acai yogurt bowl and the portion was huge! It reminded me a lot of cafes they have in Florida with the modern and vibrant colors. I will say, this place gets extremely busy and probably one of the busiest brunch spots in Grand rapids. You can join their waitlist through your phone which is highly suggested. Otherwise when you get here you might be waiting 1-2 hours to be seated. It is located in a busy strip of Forest Hills and you might have to walk a little far but the parking lot is pretty big and wraps all the way around to behind The Pantry. Their service was great considering how busy they were.

sorry, I've been gone for a while last year's been crazy. Sold my house, moved into an RV resort into an RV. Perfect place for the great grandkids and family. Lots of eating at home. But periodically we would get out and I will start with the most recent, and hopefully we'll get to go out more and I'll be able to give more reviews. Now on that note, I had a doctors appointment which led us to a place. We've already been to before which was the brunch house. You can't go wrong at the brunch house, and you certainly can't go wrong with any of their Benedict's. Nor their mimosa bucket. Excellent food once again, excellent service and very clean nice place for brunch. They do close at three and we were around the clock, but they served us like we were their first customers. Excellent food once again.

The food was delicious and really great service. Our waitress was on top of everything including refills. Love the waitlist option. We are definitely going back. Inside of the restaurant is beautiful.

Virtually no wait time! We were on our espresso martini hunt again and these were great with a nice foam on time. It's a bright face paced diner vibe. Everything form the the walls to the bathroom is very cutesy and good for some cute brunch pics with your girls. The breakfast tacos were the best thing we tried. Never skip the strawberry basil mimosa when you pick out your flavors. Don't forget to add yourself to the waitlist online if you think about it before hand.

Food was delicious, but service was not very attentive. They seem to be understaffed or the place is just on the small side for its popularity. Firstly, the wait time was over an hour and a half so put in reservations early on their waitlist and anticipate you'll be eating during true 'brunch' hours. The food did come out relatively fast but we seldom had refills on coffee and just generally felt rushed the entire experience. Also expect the food to be on the pricier side for a breakfast place.

Always a solid brunch spot. Can get pretty busy even in the middle of the week so try to get on the waiting list on Yelp. Great drinks also, got the lavender latte which hit the spot. Really low maintenance, chill spot. Good for friends/date/family gathering.

Hands down my favorite chicken and waffles in GR! Our server was so sweet it was our first time there and she explained the whole menu to us when we had a lot of questions about what was good, the space was so cute too not too busy and lay out was nice. *photo of the waffles is old but I only ever get them when we go now!

We came for a late brunch on a Sunday. The food was really, really good. I had the chicken and waffles (which had a little spice to it) and a side of shredded hash browns. Others in our party had the classic eggs Benedict, the Nashville hot chicken Benedict, and the complete breakfast bowl. Everyone was very happy with their choices! The service was good and attentive without hovering. The ambiance was nice with a clean, minimalist interior. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was very loud. It was actually hard for us to hear each other. They are very busy, so joining the waitlist in advance is definitely recommended.

A really nice brunch spot I went to while visiting my boyfriend in Grand Rapids. Definitely make sure you join the waitlist before going because we had to wait over an hour for a table. It was worth the wait though. The place is well lit and they have a tv to watch the Pistons game. They have a pretty extensive menu with a lot of unique items. We shared a cinnamon roll which was delicious and not too sweet! I got the florentine hash and my boyfriend got the southwest Benedict. Both were decent but not extraordinary. Overall l would come here again!

I've…read moreseen similar concepts in some of our nearby lakeshore towns, and I think it's a nice combination of retail/coffee shop/cafe. It has a European feel to it that I enjoyed. Nate and I stopped by on a Saturday morning to try some of their seasonal drinks and get a light breakfast. The menu includes some hot food items (breakfast sandwich and quiche) and a small selection of pastries. We got a bunch of things to share: banana bread latte, a breakfast sandwich, slice of broccoli ham quiche, and a cherry almond scone. Everything came out on a counter near the ordering area and they called out our name. The drinks were tasty but I preferred the robin's egg cold brew the best. The banana bread latte didn't have a lot of banana flavor; it mostly tasted like the spices you'd associate with banana bread. I really liked the food we tried. The quiche was one of the best I've ever had. I'm actually still thinking about it days later. The texture of the egg was silky and custardy, not at all spongy or dry. I thought it was divine but if you don't like that texture, it is not for you (flan-like). The breakfast sandwich was a bit bland -- I asked for hot sauce but they couldn't find any. I appreciated the texture of the biscuit, and the egg was also tender (not as custardy as the quiche). I don't usually like scones as they tend to be dry, but theirs was flaky, buttery, and delicious, with a very almond-forward flavor. I would definitely order more quiche and scones. There were quite a few people coming in for pickup orders on a sunny Saturday morning. If I lived closer, I think I'd come here often. I'd be curious to try some of their take home items or lunch.

I parked in the back of the building and there were plenty of parking spots. I had a cappuccino because I had to try their coffee. It was great! I got some other things to try - the Asian salad and the carrot cake. Both were very good. Salad had tons of chicken. And the dressing was light and fresh. Carrot cake was freshly made and the frosting was amazing!! They had some different options in their take home fridge - some chicken lasagna and curry chicken salad to name a couple. I would definitely love to try that chicken salad one day. This place was the perfect coffee shop/bistro. I wish I lived closer by so that I could try more!
