The Avocado Toast on Multigrain Bread with poached eggs and mixed greens was exceptional. The avocado was ripe, the eggs were cooked perfectly, the toast was hearty and delicious, and the dressing on the greens added a nice finish. I chose to swap out the cubed hashbrowns for fresh fruit and it was also excellent. Kidos to the cook! Our server, Adela, provided just the right amount of attention, so thank you Adela. The place was clean, neat, and tidy, though perhaps a bit dated. All in all, I recommend Brunch Glory without hesitation.

We tried this brand new restaurant on the first weekend it opened, which can always be risky. But our overall experience wasn't terrible, but it wasn't fantastic either. I'm actually quite torn on how to review this restaurant, that's why I gave it 3 stars. We went on a Sunday morning around 10:30am and thought it was going to be way busier than it was. The restaurant is a decent size (it was an old Ricky's), and it was about 1/3 full when we got there. We got seated right away, but there seemed to be some confusion with who our server was supposed to be. Once that got sorted out (took 10-15 mins for a server to finally come and take our orders), our server was very friendly and apologetic. I ordered a black coffee, the Meat Lovers Skillet and my spouse ordered the Brunch Glory Special. The coffee is okay. Not outstanding, but not horrible either. Your typical, budget blend coffee. Our meals came out hot and again, just okay. Nothing looked overly special or great. That being said, my husband liked his bacon and eggs and my meat skillet was alright. There is lots of meat and hashbrowns in the meal, but the beef was very tough and chewy. I asked for a side of hollandaise to give it a little something else, but the hollandaise tasted like turmeric or curry. The Chef (Owner) came by and asked how we liked everything and I mentioned that the hollandaise was a "unique" flavor. He said they make it a little different with lemon and that people like it. I've had traditional hollandaise with lemon and this wasn't it. Our meals and service were just okay. Would we try it again? Probably. But it wouldn't be our first choice. It's too bad because we really do need some more locally owned restaurants on the north side. There's a lot of potential and hopefully they step it up a bit.

Easy to find via Google Maps. Lots of parking in the communal strip-mall parking lot. Big easy to read sign out front. Place was 10% full when we arrived 12PM on a Tuesday. Waitress was kind enough to offer 3 coffee refills in the hour we were there but no water refills. We sat in a booth which was comfortable. Decor is simple and pleasant. I tried the Meat lovers skillet. 10/10 was very happy. Potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned, lots of meat, lots of variety of meat, egg was perfectly cooked not runny but not hard. Rye toast was a bit of a disappointment but I wonder if it wasn't 100% rye. Friend 1 got the soup and salad. Loved the homemade cream of mushroom soup and salad dressings. Friend 2 got the traditional benny. She was happy with it and said it was a bit vinegar-y which was okay with her. Overall great brunch spot with a large menu so everyone can get something they would like.

I loved my Red Curry Laksa. It was fresh and rich. Loved the red coconut curry sauce. The seafood was a decent portion. My friend liked her falafal but it definately wasn't the best she has had and was eyeing up my curry. Service was OK. I feel like because we didn't order alcoholic beverages, we didn't get service as much as the tables that did. That won't prevent me from coming here again.

Both were so very tasty, and did not disappoint. The ambiance of the restaurant is different than many places I've gone to. The decor is very nice - brick walls and posters, and hand written beer menu, to name a few. Service was very good, professional, and friendly!! Overall good experience, and will return again in the future.

Brunch is offered on Saturday and Sunday, otherwise they open for lunch (closed Mondays). Epic Market is huge. This will be a very popular place for the Whyte Avenue crowd as there are so many options available depending on which floor you enter. We were on the second floor today for brunch but the first floor, which has a similar look and feel, has a Mexican menu. It opens for lunch at 11:30am. It's a unique concept for Edmonton. The server said that they've opened similar restaurants in larger cities like Toronto but Edmonton is their first venture into a "smaller market". The brunch menu was interesting with some unique features and some typical offerings. I had the Pork Bennie, for $18.00 in 2024. The prices are quite reasonable for the type and quantity of the food. My bennie was good. My only criticism is that a special house ketchup would have been a nice touch. The service was excellent and we had a nice view of Gateway Blvd out the window. The coffee includes endless refills which is good because the cups were not very large. I'm sure the vibe is much different for dinner than brunch, but based on our experience, I'll definitely return.

My wife and I both ordered the Chandru Special for $17.50. It's a crepe with bacon and eggs inside plus some cheese slices melted on top. There was a side of fresh fruit. The presentation was somewhat lacking as the cheese slices made it look like something you find at your children's birthday party. The dish definitely needed some sauce to help it down. At least the fruit was good. Our server was very skilled at tunnel vision as she didn't see us even when walking right by our table. Eventually we caught her and got a refill for our coffee. She was pleasent enough when she arrived but definitely didn't want to do refills. On a more positive note, my friend ordered an omelet which came with potatoes that looked like thick potato chips. They looked good and he liked them. If I return it will be because I am in the area and can't find a better place. In other words, three stars out of five.

Gotta love a classic diner breakfast, and here your eggs and bacon are served quickly, with a smile and with lots of fresh coffee, for about $10-12. And it's a good breakfast too, flavourful with a nice balance of ingredients. I had the scrambler special which comes with ham, onion and green pepper, with a choice of rye, white or brown toast. I appreciate that the jam/PB are name brand given the cost, these little things make a difference. Service is quick and attentive, the meals arrived within minutes, coffee rounds were regular, and tables are quickly cleared and sanitized. The diner has 14 tables, with 10 booths around the outside which are still separated by partitions. Not that they need to be, the booths are not squishy and there is enough room to manoeuvre around the tables. The place is also spotless, even the washroom, and one can see in to the kitchen. It's a wee gem of a breakfast spot! Thanks fellow Yelpers for a great recommendation!

We would go back in a heartbeat, just need to sleep off the food coma for a while. It's bright and airy in spite of the smallish space and the amount of booths and tables, oh and you can sit at the counter. The walls and ceiling are covered in memorabilia, concert banners and what not. The place was absolutely hopping at 12:45 PM, but we were sat in a booth right away. Waters dropped moments later, asked if we needed coffee, tea or whatever else you wanted to drink. Our server was fantastic, explaining and educating us as we were first timers. The food came out piping hot very quickly and our tea ordered after the food was dropped came in a large teapot and hot just like at home. The clubhouse, which I did not have, has house made ham and turkey according to our server. My corn beef had slices of corn beef that did not taste house made, but the sheer volume of meat I couldn't finish, the eggs were cooked perfectly. K's Mexicasa omelette was excellent with the Mexican meat the star. I know why the place is consistently full, it's that good. Definite redo when back in West Edmonton
