Came in for breakfast Sunday morning asked for a table for two the hostess and owner were not very welcoming . Ordered sausage and biscuit with potato came out quick took a bite taste was pretty rich , it had a poached egg with it. The white was still runny. Removed it from biscuit . It's been a while since I last visited! We were hoping to explore a new brunch spot. The server was initially very attentive, but things took a turn when we placed our order. I had the lox sandwich, which was quite tasty. However, the amount of lox was a bit disappointing. It seemed like the greens, salad fixings, and other ingredients were the main focus, not the lox. It wasn't the most budget-friendly breakfast option. After we ordered, we noticed we had to wait a bit longer than anticipated for our food. In the meantime, I was trying to get the server to refill my hot water for tea, but it didn't work out until our food arrived. Then, she disappeared for a while. It wasn't too busy, so I'm not sure what happened. Finally, she returned to give us the check. We asked for containers to take home, but there was no apology for the delay, which was a bit strange. When we went to pay, the cashier mentioned that our check was closed? The server then went to the register and did something, which made me think she might be more than just a server. That part was a bit disappointing. Maybe it was just a bad day for her. Overall, it's a nice place--very clean and welcoming. I think I'll give it another shot in the future. My new favorite brunch place! Excellent food made fresh and with high-quality ingredients. My steak skillet was fabulous, everything from eggs to steak and veggies were fresh and tasty! I ordered hot tea and they brought an amazing organic tea bag, was not expecting organic tea, but super impressed! Our server was so warm and inviting, polite and kind. Our party of 5 came in for a Sunday brunch at 11:30am.  It was crazy busy and packed to the gills, but we only had a reasonable wait of 30 minutes or so.  I'll go with 4.49 stars for our outing.  Our party ordered: - Mediterranean omelette with a side of pancakes, $17.50 - Factory Croque Madame croissant with hash browns, $17.99 - Chilaquiles, $16.99 - Kids Oreo pancakes with milk, $9.99 - Kids grilled cheese with waffle fries and milk, $9.99 Jose was our efficient server and once we sat down, the food came out fairly readily given how busy they were.  They left a carafe of water which was nice and also refilled readily.  My pancakes with the omelette were pretty good, but did need a lot of syrup to keep moist.  I picked the homestyle potatoes instead of hash browns, and they were 4 stars ok.  Wife had the Factory Croque Madame croissant and it wasn't quite what she expected, as the croissant was smashed and buried under ham, swiss cheese, and two eggs over medium, but it all tasted ok.  Everyone enjoyed their meals and I would say we all thought the food was in the very good as opposed to tip-top excellent quality range, thus 4.5 stars.  The dining room was clean, comfortable, vibrant, and upbeat, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to try some other menu items. read more

Honestly, after visiting this place, my family and I decided we will not be returning. This restaurant operates on a first-come, first-serve basis, but people who came in after us were seated before we were. When I went up to put my name on the list, the man writing names down was extremely rude to me and my family. The man at the front also made multiple microaggressive comments toward us, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. The food, in my opinion, was also subpar. I ordered two eggs with bacon, potatoes, and pancakes. The eggs and potatoes were good, but the pancakes tasted strange, and the bacon tasted old and honestly pretty disgusting. My sister ordered the "Factory French Toast," and she said it literally tasted like something that came straight from a factory. My mom ordered the meat omelet and said it was just okay. When it was time to pay, we asked for the check to be split three ways. When we received the bill, we noticed they had charged us an additional fee just for splitting it. On top of that, while we were waiting in line to pay, the employee clearly saw us standing there, yet allowed another man to cut in front of us. There was also a confusing moment when my sister accidentally dropped a few things, including her card and my mom's card. Someone at the front helped pick them up, but then tried to pay using whichever card he had in his hand with a random receipt. My sister had to politely correct him. Overall, the service felt disorganized and disrespectful, and the food did not make up for it. Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience for my family. read more

Everyone from the bus staff to the waiters and waitresses were extremely pleasant and upbeat, worked together well, and you could see they were happy to be there, which really stands out. Portions were very generous. I got a chicken melt sandwich on special, and it was easily 2 servings for me. Finally had a chance to visit the Brunch Factory and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. If your party is bigger than two it recommended to make reservations because they get busy on a Sunday. We started as 2 but we had more come and they were accommodating to put our name back on the reservation list so we could let others who were ready eat. Once we got say our server greeted us right away and gave us the rundown of the menu. I ordered the fiesta skillet with plant Based chorizo and I'm still dreaming about it. The portion size was huge but the taste was even better. I ordered specialty pancakes with it and I love when apple pancakes still have crunch to the apple which these did. Others ordered the chilaquilles with steak and an omelette and a kids meal. Everyone was satisfied with their meal and again the portion sizes are pretty big. Service is great, atmosphere is great. This was our first visit to the Brunch Factory, and it was a good experience. There's a large parking lot, ample seating, extensive menu, friendly service. I saw that starting May 7 they will be serving from 4:30-9 pm, too. We started with Loukoumades, Greek fried donuts with cinnamon honey and walnuts. We loved these - they came 8 to an order, hot and fluffy and light. They have carafes of ice water at the table, along with napkins and placesettings. Our server was friendly. I ordered one of the signature items -- Factory Croque Madam croissant. It wasn't how I expected a croque madam -- everything was layered on top of the croissant instead of inside with bechamel sauce covering. It did come with a very generous serving of hash browns. My companion enjoyed the French onion soup. Another friend ordered the chicken tenders -- and it came with four large chicken breasts -- and fries. The chicken tenders were 4x the amount that we were expecting. The waffle fries were crisp. This was supposed to come with a side of Cole slaw but it was left off -- and this made for a very large plate of fried food -- all the same color. Overall, our meal was fine. The waiter was attentive but never checked on us after we got our food. I got avocado toast with eggs. The eggs were cold from the start and I only ate a few bites. When the waiter finally came back I told him they were cold but he didn't offer anything to me. It was clear I didn't eat much. When I went to pay I wasn't asked if all was good so I told him that I had cold eggs. He said I should have told the waiter and I said that I did. He also didn't offer any apologies or consideration. I also said that I thought $7.74 was a lot for the coffee which I didn't realize because I ordered it right when I sat down. The cashier told me I should go to Starbucks and I said at least it's cheaper there. Th brunch factory was conveniently located very close to the hotel we were staying out for a wedding, so it was easy to make a stop both mornings. The first visit was just my husband and I and we were shocked with how empty the restaurant was at 8:30 on a Sunday morning, but it was quick to fill up with people as we ate breakfast. I ordered the Nutella latte both morning and it was delicious! My husband tried the Bloody Mary, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, and the espresso. We both enjoyed our breakfasts (pot pie and burrito) but we both agreed they were filled with too much egg. My breakfast pot pie was just so creative, I've never had anything like it. The next day, we were joined by other friends and we split the biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls and green potatoes which were all excellent. Overall the staff was very friendly and patient. I walked in shortly after 8 on a Saturday morning and was seated right away. The stark white walls with black and gray accents really make it feel like a farmhouse brunch. The menu is simple enough that my normal order of ham and cheese omelette seemed pretty easy to order... but today... I felt adventurous. I asked my server (Jose) what he would suggest and he pointed immediately and emphatically at the breakfast pot pie on the specials menu. Since I had never heard of such a thing previously, I said yes. I replaced the breakfast potatoes with hash browns, but kept the pot pie as is. When it first came to the table I wondered if that was enough food. After digging into it though, I was unable to finish it all. This pot pie has a perfectly balanced amount of pie crust, fluffy eggs, cheese, gravy, and meats that make it not too salty, not bland, and just... just... just. The iced tea came with a carafe. So the waiting on refills is also taken care of. Overall, excellent. Total bill was just over $20, but the experience is worth every cent. read more

This was my second visit -- and definitely my last. Right from the start, the owner/manager were sitting where customers wait to be seated and didn't even acknowledge my husband. Service was fake-friendly at best and uninterested at worst. Several items listed online weren't even available -- update your menu if you no longer serve them. The food was overpriced for what it was -- one step above a diner -- and my fries arrived cold. The worst part? I found several hairs in my coleslaw. When I told the staff, our waitress acted like it wasn't a big deal and lied about it being freshly prepared. The manager admitted it all comes from one container and brushed it off with "it happens all the time." That is disgusting. No apology that felt genuine, no discount offered, no real concern for food safety. The owner wandered around the dining room but never came over to check on us until we didn't leave a tip -- then he offered a half-hearted apology and excuses about vendors. Instead of taking responsibility, both he and the manager lectured me about "how the restaurant industry works." Completely unprofessional. Bottom line: poor service, unsanitary food, and management that clearly doesn't care. If you value good food, clean conditions, and being treated with respect, skip this place and spend your money somewhere that actually deserves it. read more

We heard that the owners of the now closed Rhapsody in Deerfield opened the Brunch Factory and we finally got a chance to go. Based on our experience we believe either we were misinformed or maybe they have since sold the business but the experience wasn't the same even though the menu looked similar. After a short wait we were seated. Our waitress was attentive but a little abrupt. My husband ordered the Irish skillet and I had the sweet potato skillet. The potatoes in my skillet could have used slightly more cooking but the potatoes in my husband's skillet were cooked as you'd expect. I had ordered a Skillet, no surprise there, but, I went out of the comfort zone thanks to Jose's recommendation. I got the Sweet Potato Skillet. One thing you should know is I do not like sweet potato, zero, not fried or mashed. Yet this was ridiculously delicious! Spinach, peppers, cheese, it was a great! My friend and I tried Brunch Factory for the first time, arriving around 11 a.m. on a weekday we were both off work. We were seated immediately and our server, who seemed very busy, was patient with us and checked in s few times to see if we were ready to order. When we did order, our food was served fairly quickly. I tried the citrus chicken wrap, which includes sections of mandarins inside. The flavors were good, but it might have been better if they sliced the oranges so they were better distributed and present in every bite. Regardless, the wrap was pretty good and I enjoyed the side of waffle fries. The menu also includes burgers and salads (the one my friend had was enormous and looked great), but mostly breakfast items. I'll go back sometime and probably try a salad, as I'm not a big breakfast eater! So many restaurants -- including a couple of different breakfast places -- have been in this location in recent years. I made a visit here on a Saturday morning and that place was packed with hardly any spots left in the adjacent lots. Fortunately this restaurant is so large that they were still able to accommodate the party instantly and seat us in generously sized table. As they were very busy throughout the morning, service was a bit scarce though it was quick and efficient -- without any missed items and reasonable times between drink refills. Prices are a little on the higher side for breakfast, though this might be more of a temporary phenomenon due to high egg prices. The decor inside the restaurant is nice, giving a nice bright feel inside -- like a Bob Evans but with more sunlight shining in. I tried two items on this trip. I found the bananas foster french toast to be awesome. The toast was drenched in egg batter which was very evident with each bite and had a good firmness overall with slightly crisp edged. I like the caramelization of the bananas, giving it a nice texture and unique flavor and loved the candied walnuts that added a nice crunch and extra sweetness to the dish. The caramel sauce did a good job of tying all the elements together. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookie pancakes were huge. I know one of the dangers of using oatmeal inside pancakes is that the texture can get a little gloopy and the pancakes can be fairly dry in spots as well. Brunch factory did a good job of avoiding both issues and created delicious giant pancakes with an extremely generous amount of chocolate chips on top and plenty of chocolate syrup to tie everything together. Overall, large comfortable restaurant with plenty of options and fairly good cooking. A nice breakfast option if you're in the area. I'm excited to come back sometime and try some of the more interesting sounding items like Oreo pancakes, campfire skillet, mixed-berry cheesecake crepes, and more. read more
