So far, we have used Chef Paul twice for both our kids' graduation parties. For both of the parties, we catered from Chef Paul and a Pakistani restaurant to satisfy varying pallets in our families and friends. We requested a special dietary needs and Ginger was able to accommodate it without any hassle, other caterers gave us a bit of a hard time and weren't able to fully understand our needs. For my oldest graduation party, Ginger not only brought the food but also served it at our venue, she was extremely approachable and went out of her way to understand the food from Pakistani caterer to explain to our guests. For my youngest, I had the food delivered to our event and end up realizing how great of a help Ginger truly was during our past event. Everyone loved the food we got immensely but the biggest hit was the cupcakes. I am still getting compliments from everyone on how great the food and cupcakes were.
