I absolutely love this place. The service is unmatched, the drinks are fantastic, and the food presentation is beautiful! It's very clean and it usually busy. I love the Devil Blossom Eggs. Good vibes in here. Definitely worth stopping by!

What can I say about Brunch and Broom?!? It's brunch perfection -- incredible food, beautiful ambience, and genuinely welcoming staff and owners. Everything was seasoned perfectly, and you can tell there's a lot of care and love behind the menu. The dishes were creative, thoughtful, and there was enough variety for everyone in our group to find something they loved. After chatting with the owner, it became even more clear how much heart goes into every aspect of this restaurant and the overall experience. Pro tip: ask for extra butter with the blueberry biscuits and compote. Absolutely decadent... and so, so good.

Let me be clear. This restaurant was really nice. The team was very sweet and considerate, and overall the experience was very thoughtful.. The reason I'm giving them a lower score is mainly because of the food. I got the lamb chops and rice and honestly paying $36 for a lamb chop smaller than my pinky finger was a little odd to me. You got this huge mountain of rice that really had nothing in it but bacon and eggs which I could've made it home. The flavor wasn't all that great and for $36 I just wasn't impressed. We also got a crabcake that I believe was around 20 bucks for a singular crabcake. And also a steak that was around 35 to 40 bucks with egg and potatoes. All of which were underseasoned our steak was rare and had to be taken back and then they gave us eight dollars off of the bill due to the mixup. We ordered three things altogether and I was still $120.. We had no drinks or anything really worth that much money. For me, the flavor was not there for the overall price. Later in the day, we went to a Thai restaurant and ordered six separate dishes and my partner had two drinks on the side and we only paid $62. I just think for the price and the overall flavor. It doesn't really feel like it matches.

Had brunch with my prayer partner that was in town this weekend. We ran into so many church members that had the same lunch idea. We were very impressed with the decor, food and service. Support my people! The owners were very friendly and personable, they welcomed us with open arms. James Watts was the amazing chef and he was just as amazing as his food. 10/10 I had the steak, eggs, and potatoes (so tender) My friend had the wifey special (a must try) shrimp, fried grits, and a huge of fish. My cousin had the tenders and fries. Great food and good conversation. The closed Monday and Tuesday but come on his weekends

Cute little place. Someone posted about it and it looked good. I live a good breakfast! I got one over easy fried egg and the fried green tomatoes. I enjoyed both. The fried free tomatoes were good and that's sometimes hard to find. Sauce was good. Actually ate them with the egg. Liked it. Would do again. Ordered coffee too. Their coffee is deeply roasted. Used a lot of creamer and couldn't get past a medium color. Wasn't bad but not for me. My breakfast date ordered the biscuit and it was good. Tasted like a good homemade biscuit. It was big! We def checked our neighbors plates. One ordered the shrimp and grits. He said it's what he gets each time. Shrimp looked pretty large and it has a brown gravy. I love shrimp & grits. I just like it creamy - these grits were in a cube. Not my plate - just making an observation. I'm going to try them next time I go. Wait staff were nice. No complaint there.

Brunch at Bloom & Bee feels like one of those mornings where you accidentally wander into something better than you expected. I went with the prawns and petals--their take on shrimp and grits. Now listen, shrimp and grits is one of those dishes every restaurant thinks they can do. Most play it safe. This one doesn't. The shrimp were bold, properly seasoned, sitting on grits that actually tasted like somebody in the kitchen cared about flavor instead of just texture. Rich, savory, a little indulgent in the best possible way. My wife ordered the bird and bloom, their spin on chicken and pancakes. It's the kind of plate that shouldn't work as well as it does--crispy chicken, fluffy pancakes, sweet meeting savory in that perfect brunch truce. And again... the seasoning. Restaurants often pull punches with seasoning at brunch. Not here. Whoever's behind the stove understands that flavor is the whole point. Service? Outstanding. The kind where glasses stay filled, plates arrive hot, and nobody's hovering over you like a nervous stage manager. The place itself has that comfortable, easy energy relaxed but still polished enough that you feel like you went somewhere worth getting dressed for. Bottom line: bold flavors, confident cooking, and brunch done right. I'd absolutely come back again. In fact, it's the kind of spot that makes you start planning your next visit before you've even paid the check.

Is this the hidden gem Humble/Atascocita has been missing? Absolutely. We started with the fried green tomatoes, which were topped with a delicious sauce and battered and seasoned to perfection. For our main course, we ordered the brisket skillet, loaded with potatoes, mushrooms, spinach, onions, peppers, chicken, and bacon. It was packed with flavor, though I had to add a little picante sauce because that's just my thing. Next, we tried the fried grits and shrimp and added a side of catfish. Let me just say the catfish was incredible. And the fried grits? I had never had them before, and they completely set the bar high. The mimosas were perfectly made, the service was impeccable, and the owner was warm and welcoming. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back because there are still several menu items I'm excited to try. If you're looking for a new brunch spot in the Humble/Atascocita area, this one deserves a visit.

Let me just start with I hate driving and I hate driving near IAH but baby I might just have to fly into IAH on a Saturday or Sunday morning for brunch at Brunch & Bloom. I ordered the lamb chops and biscuit and sweet heavens it was amazing correction AMAZING. Service was great the chef even came out and personally spoke with each table to ask about our experience. 20/2 I highly recommend. The ambiance was nice and interior decor was aesthetically pleasing.

The food was amazing. The service was also good. The environment was good. I can see them getting a larger location or second location soon. I appreciate the owner coming and speaking.

deviled eggs appetizer (the bacon and caviar one was my fave!)

This was such an incredible brunch experience! Literally every single thing was fabulous. We had a group of 5, and we all tried each other's food. Faves were the deviled egg quattro (beautiful presentation and all 4 were super tasty,) the crab cake was one of the best i've ever had (almost all crab meat and very little filler with a scrumptious aioli,) the scratch made biscuit with blueberry compote was a showstopper. Chef James came out and greeted us and talked us through the menu... he's so lovely and knowledgeable. This is a MUST VISIT! Wish we lived closer so I could go back more often.

Birdie in Bloom (Swapped out the waffle for pancakes)

Brunch & Bloom is truly a vibe! The entire place is aesthetically pleasing and perfectly lives up to its name. We visited on a Thursday around 1 PM and were seated immediately, which was a great start to the experience. The decor is beautiful, bright, and very on brand with the "bloom" theme. The staff was warm and accommodating, and it was a nice touch that Chef James came to our table to chat with us. That level of hospitality always makes a restaurant feel special. Now let's talk about the food... chef's kiss. I ordered the Birdies in Bloom, which is their take on chicken and waffles, but I substituted pancakes instead of waffles. I ate every bite! The hint of vanilla in the pancakes was giving life and paired perfectly with the chicken. We also tried the Prawns and Petals, which is such a cute name for shrimp and grits. The grits were fried into a brick, which I had never seen before, and it was incredibly creative. Paired with the Cajun sauce and shrimp, the dish was absolutely delicious. We cleaned our plates. Overall, it was a great experience with beautiful ambiance, friendly staff, and flavorful food. We will definitely be back again.

My husband and I have been to Brunch and Bloom twice and we've throughly enjoyed it. I confidently say this place is a little hidden gem It feels relaxed and easy. Everything we've had has been fantastic!!! The quality of the food and presentation is something you would expect to see from downtown or the Heights. It's a place I actually look forward to going back to. I really hope it sticks around, because it's the kind of spot every area needs. If you're local and haven't tried it yet, I'd definitely recommend it 10/10

Excellent food and service were good. However, the wife was disappointed seeing the young staff engaging their phones while in a group.

This place is super popular so plan to go early or be prepared to wait…read more The menu has a lot to offer including several specifically vegetarian-friendly options (yay!). I had a hard time choosing because everything looked delicious, so we will definitely be back to try the avacado toast, omelettes and more. I had the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a fluffy biscuit that was absolutely perfect. The side of potatoes was so flavorful that I didn't need any condiments. The mimosas were excellent-- we had the cinnamon and pear craft mimosa but I think next time I'll get a flight of mimosas so we can try several flavor combinations. Our server was super sweet and thanked us for our patience since we had waited quite a while for a table, but it was honestly worth the wait because we enjoyed our brunch very much. They will be opening another location in Atascocita soon and I'll be watching for it!

Its a really nice place, the ambiance and area is clean and modern…read more But if you're not getting pancakes, perhaps expect to have to pick a different menu option. When I went there, I had to pick 3 different menu options because they simply just didn't have them in the store. No avocados, no yogurt, no steak, etc, before I was finally able to get something. The service was also a little disorganized. The salmon Benedict I got was really great! Though the sides were not very good. The salady bits seemed a bit old. The potatoes had a strange consistency to them.

TLDR: Worth a visit if you're in the area?…read more Wow! Hidden gem? Forgotten favorite? I don't know, but after tasting the food, we have to get the word out about this spot. Arriving around lunchtime on a weekday, I had the place to myself which allowed me a unique opportunity to take the place in. That being said, this spot is not overly French cafe themed, but instead a classic suburban strip mall spot with nods to the French peppered throughout the menu and decor. The booth area is well-designed, the spot was clean and the table touched by light so after a great experience chatting with the cashier I was crossing my fingers, hoping the food matched the vibe. I had a crepe Mexicana (because who has ever heard of that?!), a croque monsieur with tomato soup, and a dessert crepe because y'all know I always save room for dessert. It took a minute to be prepared, but I'm willing to wait for a fresh made meal. Everything, was delicious. Crepe texture was on point, and each crepe was stuffed to the Gods. Positive experience all around. My tip: Order the tomato soup and finish your meal with the following combo- a dessert Crepe Almonds with strawberries. Trust me on that one!

Quaint little creperie with friendly staff. My Nutella crepe stuffed with strawberries and banana…read morewas delicious and they didn't skimp on the Nutella. Cappuccino was also delicious. The Parisian theme was noticeable..as was the reggaeton music they were curiously playing. Worth coming back to when in the area as the menu had a few other items I would definitely try.
