Worst service. One clerk forget part of my order. I returned to the store (3+ miles later) and was handed the "forgotten " order. I said to remake the two bagels and was told it was my fault and he would NOT redo the order. Asked for a manager but never appeared. Finally the two were redone. So rude. I will never interact with him again! read more

I was very pleased that the day before Christmas there was a bagel shop on our route so I wouldn't have to go into the grocery store again! The store appeared clean and the service was efficient and friendly. Care was taken in packing a simple order of a baker's dozen; the sugar-coated bagel was wrapped with tissue paper to keep the glaze intact and then honored with it's own bag, I thought this showed extra care and training. All the bagels we fresh-tasting the next morning and enjoyed by Santa and all his elves. read more

Bruegger's Bagels - Not toasted but toasted - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Webster, New York

I haven't been to this location before, I was impressed with the Fast service. We went in the morning and they had been opened for a couple of hours, which to my surprise the place definitely needed some more cleaning! I had the salmon on sesame bagel with cream cheese. I didn't get to pick out my bagel like other place, a bit disappointed because I like to pick out the biggest one, and the one I got was a bit small. The taste was there , just on the small side! read more

Food and service was awesome. Highly recommend if you are in the area and want some good bagels.

Complete Jackass setup Apparently owners don't trust the customers and expect them that order and pay first then stand around like Sheep all over the place. IMPOSSIBLE now to guage how long order will take. Asked cashier if they knew - couldn't say. Saw 2 customers look and walk out. Shady setup now NOT worth the hassle - the entire experience is now BULLSHIT Rather than repair the broken siding / replace dirty carpet or any good They just stepped 2 rungs below thier miserable business LMFAO read more

I have been here multiple times and they get my order wrong more than right and last time they burned one of the bagels so bad I don't even know what kind it was. This time they got both of them wrong and burned one again. I will not be returning to this unorganized and overpriced place read more

Bruegger's Bagels - Wrong food - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Webster, New York

I had to try the Chorizo breakfast bagel special, I'm such a sucker for a limited time offer. This location was probably the friendliest and most attentive staff I've run across in a Brueggers. Order was quick, easy, accurate and so was payment. Steven C was at the register as per the receipt. The sandwich was very flavorful, however I threw some hot sauce on it for good measure. read more

We had lunch here. I had the hot pastrami signature sandwich bagel. I enjoyed this bagel and will order it again. Very tasty! My wife had the turkey club sandwich. She enjoyed the sandwich. The employees were friendly and courteous. Everything is takeout as there is no indoor seating available at this time. Hopefully they'll change that in the future. We enjoy their bagels and we recommend Brueggers bagels. read more

Fresh tasty toasted crunchy bagel. It reminded me of nyc fresh bagels of the carts downtown! Will be back! Clean seating area to hang out off to the side if you want to eat in. Flavorful refreshing cold brew coffee is my favorite read more

Not much to say. I hadn't been to this location in a long time. They have the typical Brueggers bagels, which are always good. I got a pain bagel with light herb garlic cream cheese. It was ready quickly, and really good. You can't sit inside right now with COVID, which was ok with me. read more

The bagels were great (we purchased a dozen) and the sandwiches were well made. I appreciated that they had wheat everything bagels. Highly recommend this location for the food and service. I deducted a star because, like most Bruegger's, the building is getting rundown and is in need of a remodel. read more

This location doesn't have a drive thru so it's not my first choice location but the bagels are always fresh and delicious. I miss their pimento cream cheese though. Order and pay ahead and it will be waiting for you. This location has fast inside service. read more

The place has not been updated or cleaned in years. It looks like it's going to fall down. Prices should be less if they aren't investing in the place. read more

I mean it's Bruegger's bagels what is there to complain about? Bagels are always good. Sandwiches always made accurately. I use the app so I generally don't have to worry about wait time or customer service but prior to the app I don't remember that being an issue. I wish they had different cream cheese flavors, like had a couple flavors that changed more frequently but that's nothing in this store just the chain in general. read more

Bruegger's is the best and most consistent bagel place of all time. Nobody does it better. They keep it simple and give you fresh bagels every day. We gotta keep this one alive because I'm tired of seeing these close. If it's gone I'll cry. Don't take my Bruegger's away. Also when they have French toast coffee it bangs. read more

I'm thankful this Thursday for their warm, tasty perfectly plumped bagels! I've learned during this covid time to call ahead and place my specific selections. Their bagels make breakfast all the more special! read more

I was shocked at the bad customer service just now. There was a blonde young girl with light eyes. She was really rude and dismissive to my elderly mother who was trying to order. You have to look people in the eye, speak clearly and loudly, and be helpful. We were disappointed. So moving on to food. My son's bagel was cut so uneven that one was super tiny and hard and one was huge and puffy. My mom's bagel was hardly toasted and she said it wasn't very flavorful. They didn't have hazelnut coffee like it said on the menu. Then the staff all sits at the tables and gossips loudly. Ugh! I don't need to hear the drama when I'm sitting here with my toddler. read more

I love brueggers I used to go all the time. The kid who made my bagel today put butter on my bagel with cream cheese after I ordered just an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. He barely put any cream cheese on, didn't spread it out at all and my bagel is all mushy and cold because he barely toasted it. Very disappointed read more

They NEVER have bagels!!! I've been there 5 times in the last month and they are always out of bagels!! The reason I continue to go is because their bagels are vegan...How is that even possible?? PLUS the staff seems extremely miserable!!! It's very disappointing!! read more

Super nice people. I ordered a plain bagel w egg and cheese, and the server slapped the cheese on a crumb and poppy seed-covered counter. Gross, right? I watched her put the dirty slice (couldn't miss the poppy seeds stuck to the cheese) on my sandwich. And the coffee is tepid. I usually like Brueggers, but ... yuk. read more

Sad state of affairs....customer ask for lox and the clerk did't know what they where. Not the clerks fault Training is everything! LONG GREEN FINGERNAILS on the cashier...not professional unless you work on a nail salon..specialty shop need to offer special service with a quality product. I love coming here. I really do. Unfortunately, around 12:30, on 6/2/18, there was a "customer" who came in with his pretty red-haired girlfriend. He was EXTREMELY abusive to her, upsetting her with verbal abuse, and he grabbed her arm when she tried to leave. My boyfriend and I were ready to call the cops on him, and fellow customers were ready to beat him. His body language and posture were very threatening, and if I see him again, he will be watched very closely. If he touches her again where I can see it, he will get the cops called on him. Bruegger's in Webster, if you see him again, PLEASE watch him. He's a short (about 5'8") little white dude, maybe late 20's / early 30's, with cropped brown hair and glasses, and a beer gut. Don't let him touch her again if he comes back. His behavior was extremely out of line, and I have a picture of him and his car on my dash cam. And I'm not afraid of cowardly little pricks. read more

Bruegger's Bagels - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Webster, New York

There are some extremely unhappy and nasty people working at this store. I frequent brueggers and its always this store. There's one manager I've seen treating customers like dogs. Good food isn't so good with bad people handling it. read more

This may be standard for the area in terms of bagels and service, but the bagels are just ok. The service is polite, but incredibly slow (I waited a lot longer when no one was in front of me than when two people were in front of me). The really bad thing that happened was they ran out of a fairly standard bagel (cinnamon raisin) when I was there during a SLOW morning. They are also not the best with sanitation. It wasn't terribly egregious, but one of the employees dropped a dollop of cream cheese for my bagel onto the counter rather than on the wax paper or the bagel. She promptly picked it up and tried to put it on my bagel. I had to ask her not to. read more

For all the bagel lovers out there brueggers is by far the best. I have never had a stale bagel from their unlike some other places where I have almost chipped my tooth on theirs. This place is 2nd to none. Their coffee is great also. Overall a 10 in my book. read more

I'm not a fan of chain restaurants but I needed to eat. I got the smoked salmon sandwich on an everything bagel and it was pretty freakin fabulous at 7am! It certainly set the tone for the day. read more

This particular brueggers struggles. There is one very sour girl who works there, who wear a "shift manager" pin, but we have no idea how she's a manager there seeing as how she hates the customers, the job, and maybe everything? Somehow on the weekends they run out of the basic bagels that should always be on hand, such as plain and sesame. Oftentimes the bagels you do get are stunted in some way, either smushed or have huge holes. Today I went in for a lunch and ordered a ciabatta sandwich. The sour girl in question snapped at the baker asking if they had any ciabatta, and he said they did. I think she went into the freezer to get the bread. It was then microwaved and resembled a soggy mess by the time I got it. I was polite throughout the whole process but no matter how much you try to get the girl to say "you're welcome" she just ignores any pleasantries. In addition, another time my husband went and the girl in question couldn't peel some cheese off of the stack so she just angrily chucked the whole block against the wall. Time for a career change for her and a restaurant overhaul in general there. read more

The bagels are okay, if undercooked (they are sticking together in the baskets), but the fact that they are consistently out of bagels at7-8 am in the morning (week days and weekends) tells me they are woefully mismanaged. read more

I normally like Bruegger's Bagels, but this place was not a good example of one. The Bagels were stale tasting as if they were sitting out for too long. The place was also, not very clean. I also found the service, though friendly, to not be very knowledgeable of there job. They did not even offer to cut the bagels either. read more

I had two times stopped by this place to bought bagel. First, I ordered tuna salad with everything bagel. When I ate, I felt like I ate stone, not bagel. I couldn't even chew and swallow. Second times, I ordered BLT bagel. And this time, they already toasted my bagel but they put a ton of salt in the bagel. So disappointed and no more third times. Excuse me!!! read more

While the bagels always taste awesome, it's ridiculous when you go in at 8:00am on a Friday and there are no plain, no sesame seed, no everything bagels and you take the last two cinnamon & sugar bagels. As it wasn't the first time we have experienced this I said something about this being unacceptable & was told - "it's not our fault, we've been open since 6am & some lady just came in and bought a dozen plain bagels." read more

AWFUL SERVICE! I frequent different Bruegger's in the area, this location is by far the worst in customer satisfaction. Upon giving my order, a girl came in behind me (assuming she worked there and was on her day off) she chatted with the employees about her hair and her conditioner and what she was going to do today. Meanwhile, i had to give my order again and my bagel was waiting in the toaster and the girl behind the counter had to be asked to get my bagel and she replied "No" because they forgot, while engaged in conversation with "Tiff" .. I will not visit this location again .. Unless I were to bring in food from elsewhere and watch a "show". read more

I've been frequenting Bruegger's Bagel Bakery since their inception. Service, selection and overall appearance of each location defines the restaurant. Having said that, thumbs up to all with the exception of one. The Empire Blvd Store is a sad example for this business. The staff in general are sloppy looking, unhappy and lack focus. Disheveled, stained and unkept best describe their attire. Restaurant hygiene and basic food handling are overlooked regularly. Swiping the prep counter with hygienic gloves, wiping glove clad hands on stained aprons, using the same knife soiled with the previous cuts residue are all topped off by using the dirty, filthy counter cloth to clean said knife. That's after embarrassingly pointing out the dirty knife. The coffee station is consistently out out napkins and that too looks like a frat house counter on Saturday morning. How about having a full assortment of bagels in THE MORNING. 7:45-8:45 is prime time and shortages exist regularly. Sorry folks, sometimes the truth hurts.... read more

"make sure they change the gloves after touching the counter/credit card machine" i goto this store very often. at least 2-3 times a week. i always had a good experience especially the lady who works early in the morning on weekend is so pleasant that always made my 6:30am morning great. however, today's experience made me never come back to this store again. this new girl was so rude, hyper and not organized and did'nt even change her gloves after touching the credit card machine and gave me an attitude when I told her to change the gloves before making my orders. read more
