Stopped in for some bagels for a small group meeting and so happy I did! I grabbed a bakers dozen of bagels and cream cheeses. Line to wait wasn't too bad for a Sunday morning at 8:30am. There were customers who seemed to be regulars and they appeared to be happy. The cashier was pretty cheerful as were the line employees. Really good experience and will be back. I should talk about the variety of bagels. I saw they had a jalapeño and cheese bagel which was good. Nice crust and soft on the inside. The blueberry was popular among the group. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the salt bagel, it is SALTY! read more

The breakfast sandwiches are fantastic. I get a Vermonter almost everytime I come here. I'm not a huge coffee person but the coffee was okay. I got a hash brown and it was disgusting. One thing that was odd was that they don't have cutlery. Which, is annoying because the sandwiches can slip and slide and fall apart and I have to eat the pieces with my hands. After one year, I finally went back into Bruegger's bagels. On Delaware Avenue & GreatAarrow street I don't know why I thought things would change, but I thought I'd give it another. Try It was terrible The management and staff were all rude. The manager (NICK ) is just plain nasty to everybody. he's very condescending and doesn't listen to the order properly. Despite the place being filthy, they have a lot of customers. 30 years ago there was one in KC and I went to it. Loved it. This one is not good. There are no really good combinations on the bagels. Cream cheese with olives, and the old one, I remember: peanut better, banana honey. The floor is filthy and I was there when they opened on Saturday. I can't imagine what it looked like by 10:00. wrappers, bread crumbs etc all over the floor. If I eat something out, it has to be excellent. Otherwise, I will continue to eat at home. read more

Store in nicely laid out in the Marshalls plaza. Staff were attentive and friendly. Had about 13 bagel flavors to choose from and multiple cream cheese flavors. I ordered the Sriracha honey sunrise sandwich, it was good, though I prefer my bagel to be less chewy. Lots of seating, but they had many staff members though the tables needed wiped clean. read more

I'll admit the bagels are decent. I do like a salt bagel but the one I had today had WAY too much salt! The onion bagel I tried last week very good. Bruegger's has great bagels and great breakfast sammie's. I had the rosemary olive oil bagel (it's kettle-boiled whatever that is) with garden veggie cream cheese. It was yummy. I ordered the rosemary olive oil bagel again but with a breakfast sammie that had egg whites, peppered bacon, greens and sun-dried tomato spread on a skinny everything bagel. I think it had avocado as well. It was yummy. I also tired the twice-baked has brown and it was yummy. The service was great. I will def be back. read more

Buffalo's got some new bagels in town, and they just so happen to be delicious. I know many were devastated at the news that a chain was taking over a beloved local bagel franchise, however I have to say, I really do think this is a step up. My boyfriend and I stopped in to grab some lunchtime bagels on a Saturday and it was understandably slammed as they just opened a week ago. He ordered the smoked salmon sandwich on a salt bagel and I opted for a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. I almost hate to say it but I really, really loved it. The blueberry bagel had a level of flavor I never experienced from Bruegger's predecessor, and it had a really nice chew to it as well. The cream cheese was really flavorful too, even though I only ordered plain. My boyfriend enjoyed his sandwich as well, everything on it was extremely fresh. We will definitely be back, likely when it has calmed down a little bit. They have so many sandwich options and the flavor is definitely there, so there's really no reason not to stop in. read more

Updated: as mentioned, I've contacted customer service already without a complete response. There is no reason to contact again, rather please fix the issues that are posted here, on Google and FaceBook. This store and the other two opening in the area will fail unless you all step up your game. ####### These are not "New York" Bagels. The store is designed horribly and it took almost a half hour to get two Bagels. While there we watched serious violations of basic food safety standards. When you walk in the counter to order is on the left, yet everyone thinks it's on the right. A breakfast bagel at Tim's is better. Veggie bagel sandwich has one slice of lettuce, half a pepper and a sliver of an onion. DoorDash and other delivery services get priority, there were employees just dedicated to that while only one taking orders. I have written to customer service. I can see what they were going for and appreciate the effort. But these bagels fail where all other bagels in the region fail: dryness. The bagel should be dense, moist, flavorful, and these bagels just don't hit any of those marks. However, the seasoning and toppings do a decent job, and add (albeit slightly) to the quality of the taste. I tried a few different styles and toppings, and just found myself disappointed and dissatisfied. A bagel shouldn't be like eating a piece of toast or a loaf of bread; when you take a bite it should really fill your mouth with warmth, and the flavor of the topping should compliment the bagel itself. With these bagels, I found myself using the toppings to distract myself from the blandness of the actual bagels. I'm sure it's hard to make a good bagel. No-one in this area can do it in the little over 10 years I've been living here, and surely that can't be for lack of trying. I was hopeful that this would be the one to change my mind, but it's clear now that I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up. read more

I was very excited about trying your Williamsville location but both my husband and I were incredibly disappointed. They no longer have lox shmear. So, I ordered 3 of the lox sandwich and a 5-cheese bagel with veggie spread. The amount of veggie spread was minimal, at best, and the lox sandwiches were very poorly put together and very messy.. The workers making the food did not acknowledge me andbasically threw the bag of food to me and when I double checked that the order was correct, the order was rudely repeated. I wrote a review about their store on Harlem road in Amherst. At least I can say they're consistent. Both stores suck. Again, the cashier is a fat little man with glasses and has no personality. He is rude, doesn't know how to say thank you or you're welcome. How do these people get these positions. They're cashiers would have a problem being dishwashers that don't talk to anybody because they would argue with the kitchen sink. I won't give this place any more chances. Furthermore, the crooks. I ordered, to go, their avocado, tomato, peppered bacon, and egg white breakfast bagel on a rosemary and olive oil bagel. The service was quick and the workers were friendly. My reason for such a poor review was the quality. There was no flavor to the bagel. The portions were also lacking. There was one piece of bacon (too heavily peppered), a light schmear of avocado, and the egg white was too heavily peppered. The bagel fell apart all over my lap despite me keeping it wrapped in the paper. The slice of tomato was alright. I left off the tomato pesto (I can't have garlic, and I was worried it had garlic in it). I paid $8 for this sandwich. I expected more bacon and avocado and better flavor. This is regarding the location on Delaware in North Buffalo. Food is delicious when they get it right, which is rare if you make any customizations to the order or have any dietary restrictions. This is probably the worst customer service in Buffalo, and if it weren't for the food being delicious (after being re-made because the order was initially wrong) we would not be back here. The employees are blatantly rude and act as if you're inconveniencing their day. They don't greet you or even bother to say hello, thank you or you're welcome. I.ordered a BLT on a sesame Bagel and a coke: no sesame bagels, no coke. Asked that the bacon be crispy. The girl who took my order did not tell or write on my order to make the bacon crispy, so I walked over to the counter and asked the sandwich makers to please make my bacon crispy - they said sure. My sandwich was ridiculously thin - one piece of lettuce, 2 very thin slices of tomato. The two small pieces of bacon were hardly warmed up, let alone crispy. It was sad. I won't return. Bagels are alright. One of the staff members has a horrible attitude problem. He was referred to by another reviewed as a "Rosie o Donnell lookalike" and I don't know how else to describe him, but he has dark hair and wears glasses. This staff member was very rude to two older gentlemen who were trying to order, made fun of them for being at the wrong side of the counter, and rolled his eyes sarcastically at me, as if trying to get my sympathy.
