Would I recommend Bruchis? Absolutely. I actually have never been to Bruchis before but I've heard a lot of good feedback from my husband. He is a local to Spokane so to have a new location local to us is a great addition to Post Falls. The location was really nice and clean. This staff was absolutely welcoming and friendly. The vibe is that of an old retro diner. Think modern sock hop with black-and-white decor. Like most sandwich locations they have two sizes to pick from and are priced very well. In regard to the sandwich the bread is probably the best thing but you really want treat get a pint of huckleberry ice cream to take home. This is literally the other side of town to me but I think it's totally worth that drive to go get that ice cream. I would say take the opportunity to visit. read more

Stopped in for a burger today and ordered two Bruchi burgers. We decided to dine in. The floor "throughout the entire area" was sticky and littered with food under each table. Kitchen staff seemed to be eating while cooking. Cooking areas were not clean. We got our burgers fairly quickly. Not surprising since we were the only ones dining in. My burger was not cooked thoroughly. The container it came in was dirty, greasy hands. They both appeared to be a thicker version of a smash burger... greasy. The fries were good. read more

As I sit here, we came into this restaurant 40 minutes ago. Sitting outside. Still no food. Being told they are short-staffed and must "deal with the drive through and online orders" and that is what's taking so long. Looking at the kitchen, 3 people working in back and drive thu, and one at register. Our burgers are sitting and 1 French dip hasn't been made - took another 15 minutes for the French dip to be made (??). Floor is filthy with staff obviously frustrated, working very hard with lots of angry customers. This message is for ownership: your establishment is about to fail. I don't care if it's Father's Day, your asses should be here, making sandwiches and dealing with angry customers, instead of leaving that misery for an exhausted staff doing their best. And ALWAY prioritize the people who take the time to eat in your establishment- that's how you build loyalty. We won't be back. Your staff is unlikely to last long. read more

Unfortunate to be writing this, my husband and I have eaten here a few times. Giving it a few months in between so hopefully things get better. Tonight 03/30/25 we ordered a pepper sub with Pinnaple added, A French dip, medium sprite and large dr.pepper. When reviving our drinks both were horrible, pure soda water with a sneeze of coloring. We asked for them to be replaced, revived the replacements & it was like nothing was even changed. The pepper sub was only filled on one side of it with 2 pieces of pineapple and thinner than a crackheads ass. The French dip was so salty and over cooked. I could have taken a bite out of a horses ass and it would have tasted better. I would assume for the outrages prices you have to pay you would get a decent sub out of it. The staff is horrible, I've honestly met friendlier homeless crackheads in Spokane than the prissy teenagers and adults that are too old to be working there. This establishment is a dumpster fire & the health department needs to be called. If I could rate it 0 stars I definitely would. 0/0 will never eat there again. read more

One of the few places where you COULD get something to drink besides soda and ice tea; the Berry Patch drink was so good! We went there tonight for a good sandwich and a refreshing glass of Berry Patch to go along with it but it's GONE! I was so bummed. I tried the iced tea and it's horrible. Only soda available and we don't drink that stuff. Please bring back the Berry Patch drink. We won't be coming back until it does. The past few times that I have actually come through here the service has been honestly shit. They always mess up on my order and I always end up, leaving. They're out of bread most of the time which if you're a sandwich shop how the fuck can you actually be out of bread? You're a sandwich shop isn't that is your main ingredient? The biggest thing is I hate onions. They give me a really bad itchy throat. I can't stand them and I tell them specifically no onions and either they didn't hear me or they're not paying attention but anytime I come here somehow someway it's always shit and that's why I rarely come here. When we notified the manage, he said they had just finished with a "rush", but we were there for 20 ish mins and with 7 staff, the business should have been clean. On the bright side..our cashier was fantastic..she got our order correct the first time.. ALSO.. just so all know.. they have changed the beef in the stake sandwich.. it is now over processed, mush meat. It used to be real meet that was cut on the grill while it cooks. Not any more. This is the Bruchi's in Post Falls. Not the best cheesesteak tbh. I ordered the Supreme which was supposed to have mushrooms, green peppers, onions, mayo and cheese. Simple, classic and timeless cheesesteak. Unfortunately not at this place . It took 20 minutes to get the order, and oh by the way I'm hungry AF. The 7" cheesesteak was pathetically thin, I mean the size of a toothpaste tube. All other cheesesteaks in America would be offended at the wimpyness of this sub. So I dig in and come to find out, no green peppers and mushrooms. But wait, it included bacon, WTF?? So I double checked the wall with all the different types of orders and the Supreme doesn't included bacon. The cheese was non existent. However, they did add a ton of mayo which when melted gives the appearance of cheese. All of this for the low low price of $15 and change. Plus when you pay for it the machine is programmed for a tip, fuck that! Golly gee I really felt special forking over $$ for that meal. One of the bigger issues is that this place is run by a bunch of Tik Tok high schoolers more interested in bro talk than your order. Hey Bruchi's, Philly cheesesteaks are supposed to be ooey-gooey cheesey good and the order is supposed to be correct. I want to talk about what happened at the Brucchi's restaurant, which I believe is a nationwide chain. I was at the restaurant in Post Falls, Idaho. I have a video of the incident, including my interactions with the "manager." I will reserve 48 hours before I post what happened to me online on YouTube. I ordered a sandwich that had turkey breast in it and ordered the sandwich to have solely meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes besides the bread, of course. What ended up happening was they gave me a sandwich that was packed full of pepper. I have eaten at the Brucchi's in Airway Heights many times. I never got a sandwich that was full of pepper or any other extreme amount of seasoning. I took the sandwich back to the counter. I asked the young man to please give me a sandwich that wasn't full of pepper. He told me that he could not do that. He was unwilling to either provide me a refund or have the sandwich redone. Later, one of the employees called him the "manager." I do not know how true that was or not. When I pulled out my phone, the young man changed his tune. He said he would simply give me a refund. As he walked over to the register to give me a refund, I followed him and asked, "Well, if you can give me a refund now that I pull out my camera, you can certainly redo the sandwich." He said that that was true, and he went ahead and had them make me another sandwich. I emphasized that I wanted no seasonings on it. Then, they just proceeded to put an incredible amount of pepper on the meat, on the turkey breast! In no way did he advise me that the turkey breast was going to be full of pepper as well! So, I ended up back up at the counter asking him to please just refund my money. To me it was clear that they really did not want me to be able to eat at the restaurant. Again, I never had a problem with the Brucchi's in Airway Heights, Washington, which is about 30 miles away, ever putting too much pepper on any sandwich or any other thing for that matter. I do expect to see that the refund I was told will come through on my card. I also expect something more than just that. I expect to eat there without harassment. I expect to be served the food that the other customers receive. read more

Do not order food from them on your card. I ordered directly from their website. They charged my card multiple times to the point it actually overdraft my account. I went in to get my order and resolve the matter. I showed them the receipts and bank transactions. I was told they don't know how to refund the transaction, they don't show my food order and offered zero help to fix any of it and didn't get the food that I paid multiple times for. To top it off the only solution they offered was to try calling their customer service line from their website. There is no customer service line. I asked for them to provide me with the number and they didn't have a number for me. I then asked for the manager and guess what. She was the manager. They literally went charge crazy on my account and offered no assistance or way to resolve it what so ever. Been here 4 times. Ate here 3 times. One time was closed for an emergency...toxic fumes. 3 out of 4 times there has been something wrong. That's a 75% chance that something will go wrong. They run out of basic supplies...like napkins. And instead of running it the store and get some they just told people they don't have any. They run out of cups. Their equipment doesn't work. They need to get the kinks worked out. Need better management?? Before people totally quit coming. Food is only fair. If you add enough horseradish it has some flavor. The staff are unfriendly, rude and are soooo slow. the facility is dirty and they are always out of things (buns, fry sauce, etc. even napkins and straws. We waited 35 minutes for our food and it was cold and the buns were hard. Not to mention that 4 people ordered after us and they received their food before we did. YUMMmm sooooooooo good. I got a steak philly supreme and it was sooooooooo good. I was kind of off put by the White American cheese instead of provolone but I get it now the way it melts it becomes all oozy and it makes the perfect cheesesteak. And the meat I am picky about my meat on a cheesesteak and it is the exact kind I like and I thought they would probably skimp on it but it was full of meat.
