I appreciated how she let me go through a couple types of contacts over the span of two weeks to make sure that I found the right one. Christina was also such a pleasure to work with and is so easy to talk to! She was very patient and guided me through everything. Kaiser messed up my eye prescription, I now have expensive glasses that give me headaches. Anyway this is not the first time this happens where another provider Lenscrafters messes up my prescription, ( I went there because of insurance again 6 years ago) Dr Phenema usually is very conservative (eye prescriptions he does not give you what you dont need) and is very meticulous about his eye checks, So is Dr Stephan. Very thorough in my opinion. In regards to staff they are always nice and presentable and very helpful not sure what other people are talking about. My experience over all has been 15/10. I just love how thorough the doctor is with the eye prescription if you are unsure, she goes back and forth many times. Anyway I am coming back on a cash basis so that we can get this prescription correct. Seems like people now a days want the red carpet experience as if they were in Cabo in a 5 star hotel or something, to me this practice has been great. Friends have worked for Dr Phenema in the past when we were in high school that was in 2004. If you want quick easy and good optical care this is it. My children have also been patients to get their eye sight checked very family oriented.

Over the last couple visits the staff has seemed to become argumentative and defensive instead of helpful or understanding of miscommunications regarding policies and procedures that customers are not made aware of. This final situation cost me upwards of $400 and was given a "it's your fault" response instead of finding a solution that would make both parties comfortable. I am not sure if others have had this type of service recently or this is a few one off experiences but if there business has slowed I can imagine this type of service from the front end staff doesn't help. Will be taking my business somewhere else.

He had very detailed explanations to all my million questions because it was my first eye exam ever. His receptionist was also very sweet and checked me in as soon as I walked in. I waited about ten minutes to see the Dr. after she checked my insurance information. I highly recommend Dr. Ciminski for his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism.

The front desk receptionist which I believe is also his assistant (not sure of the exact title) is extremely kind and sweet. She goes above and beyond! Thank you Dr. Cohen and Monse for such an amazing experience. Also, they will tell you upfront what you'll be paying and what's covered by your insurance so no hidden fees to worry about here. Additionally , there's plenty of parking right behind the clinic.

I was worried about getting my procedure done because all the YouTube videos about what I had were "outdated". Even my regular eye doctor said it was risky and the likelihood of my eyes getting worse were high. Typically when this happens employees do as best as they can to get by or apologize and excuse themselves until they can get someone to help. Instead this young lady rudely ignored the patient and was acting as if she didn't hear. When someone is speaking to you, you answer! If you have trouble doing this, start your own business where you don't have to interact with people directly. What a poor excuse of a worker.
