Garret came in slightly under the others - and actually was able to do a little more within my budget than the other options! We also love that when he came out, he actually had sample grasses for us to pick from on the spot and a booklet of all the paver options, so it was easy to visualize the end result. He also gave me a much better warranty on the work he did than anyone else. The team worked fast and efficiently. And once they started, they finished within a week. And when it was done, they let me keep the excess materials, in case we ever need repairs down the line. Highly recommend!

After looking into replacement options such as wood and vinyl, we decided to invest in a slumpstone wall for its lack of maintenance required and longevity. After consulting with several local masonry contractors, we chose CPF Masonry and it was a great decision! We valued Pat's extensive knowledge of the requirements for a structural wall and their pricing was highly competitive. Pat also demonstrated extreme patience with us during a lengthy pre-construction phase as we were dealing with a difficult neighbor for the project. CPF Masonry managed the entire project from start to finish: tearing down and hauling away the old wooden fence, building the new stone wall, and helping with the cleanup afterwards. The final product looks absolutely phenomenal and completely transformed the aesthetic of our backyard. If you are looking for an honest, highly skilled, and completely reliable masonry team in the Thousand Oaks and Ventura County area, I cannot recommend Pat and the CPF Masonry crew enough!

David Rinker, our design consultant came out within a few days to review some of our ideas and suggested some of his own that we incorporated into our plan. We reviewed materials with him, and he came by a few days later to drop off some samples. Before signing, we had a few modifications to the plan that he was able to quickly modify. Throughout the whole process, he was always very communicative via text/calls even on his days off. Once I was transitioned over to Joe, our project manager, he was super friendly and walked us through the exact process. I told him that I had a birthday coming up on June 5 (this Saturday) and was hoping to have everything completed by then (a month timeline). They said I'd be cutting it close, but they ended up finishing everything a week earlier! I ended up getting a pergola that needed to be anchored to concrete footings, and ended up having System Pavers handle that for me. Joe even came back just to drill the holes for me so I can bolt down the pergola. The white glove treatment I received throughout this entire process was VERY appreciated! Rich, the territory construction manager, also became involved with the project. Given his role, I wouldn't have expected him to be so communicative with me and answer my questions. As a first time home owner, I knew nothing about the process but all three employees were very eager to walk me through every step. Couldn't be happier with System Pavers, and will be recommending them to all my neighbors, friends, and family!
