Our salesman Jay was very easy to deal with, was extremely patient and polite and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. Their workers showed up on time, were respectful of our property and our new driveway looks amazing. Joseph, one of the supervisors was terrific and made sure that everything was going as promised and promptly addressed any concerns we had. We just had System Pavers put in our back patio and we are so happy with how it turned out. We can't wait to actually use it this summer! Honestly, the crew that showed up to do the work was awesome. They worked incredibly hard, were super friendly, and never made us feel bad for asking questions. Our project manager was also great and very involved and helpful at every stage of the project. We went with System Pavers mainly because of their warranty and because we'd seen other work they'd done. Safe to say it did not disappoint. The one thing I'd suggest they improve is the design process. When we met with the design consultant upfront, he put together a rough drawing. We were told it was mostly just to ballpark costs and that the real design would come together closer to install. The issue is we never actually received that drawing, so we ended up having to finalize everything with the construction manager kind of last minute. It really wasn't a big deal, especially since we asked them to hold off on starting for several months while we finished up some other backyard projects. A clearer process there would make an already great experience even better. We would absolutely recommend System Pavers. Great work, great people. read more

Bought a home in a new development in Castaic that had a dirt backyard. Wife and I were doing some research online, and found System Pavers (and we're so happy we went with them!). David Rinker, our design consultant came out within a few days to review some of our ideas and suggested some of his own that we incorporated into our plan. We reviewed materials with him, and he came by a few days later to drop off some samples. Before signing, we had a few modifications to the plan that he was able to quickly modify. Throughout the whole process, he was always very communicative via text/calls even on his days off. Once I was transitioned over to Joe, our project manager, he was super friendly and walked us through the exact process. I told him that I had a birthday coming up on June 5 (this Saturday) and was hoping to have everything completed by then (a month timeline). They said I'd be cutting it close, but they ended up finishing everything a week earlier! I ended up getting a pergola that needed to be anchored to concrete footings, and ended up having System Pavers handle that for me. Joe even came back just to drill the holes for me so I can bolt down the pergola. The white glove treatment I received throughout this entire process was VERY appreciated! Rich, the territory construction manager, also became involved with the project. Given his role, I wouldn't have expected him to be so communicative with me and answer my questions. As a first time home owner, I knew nothing about the process but all three employees were very eager to walk me through every step. I had system Pavers install a beautiful realistic turf in my front yard. I Loved it until it started to pull apart at the seams, and a couple of window flash burns appeared. When I tried to get them to do a warranty fix, they gave me the runaround it's been two years since I first requested it but nothing!!! I have followed up but the kind of turf I have was discontinued or that was caused by a leaf blower... excuse after excuse. If you don't want to honor your warranty warranty, don't offer them as incentives. read more

I saw System Pavers on Facebook and it had great reviews so I called and met David Rinker, a design consultant. He was great to work with, answered all questions and was always available by phone. I was told the job would take 5-10 work days. That sounded too good to be true. The crew was amazing. They arrived early everyday and worked with such speed and knowledge on how to do their jobs, even in the super hot days that most people wouldn't even go outside. In spite of the heat, the crew finished the job in 7 days!!! Harley, the project manager, came everyday to check on the progress and to make sure the crew had everything they needed. Harley would give me daily updates and he was always available by text whenever I had a question. Although a bit pricey, I feel like I really got quality work that I paid for. Do not use this company. They only want your business if it's a big job you are willing to spend $100,000. We booked an appointment for a quote for a pergola and they called us two days before saying it's going to be a phone consultation. They never called us and when I called them, they were rude unprofessional and said that they didn't know if they wanted to do Pergola jobs even though it was advertised on their website. They said they usually take up to five days to return our phone calls for that consultation. Keep in mind I am a returning customer and have referred them before to friends and family. If you ever need a professional paver job, look no further. System Pavers is the place to go. They are very professional. They show up on time, do excellent work in a timely manner, and, best of all, the pricing is great. We used other fly-by-night companies and independent contractors in the past. They messed up big time. It ended up costing us more financially, emotionally, and psychologically. Please do not use guys recommended from the paver/stone warehouses. These guys are awful. They are pure ripoffs Don't let the relentless sales rep pressure you into anything. I only wish I hadn't. Now I'm contacting consumer protection agency, and state contractors licensing board seeking legal help. System Pavers literally kept a $2000 deposit and did absolutely nothing. Nothing ordered or scheduled. Canceled my order when my refi fell through, and I didn't have the cash in full. They know that California state contractors licensing board states that a contractor cannot charge more than $1,000 or 10% of the work order whichever is less, no exceptions. They claimed their bond insurance excludes them. There are many similar complaints from other people. read more
