We just had System Pavers put in our back patio and we are so happy with how it turned out. We can't wait to actually use it this summer! Honestly, the crew that showed up to do the work was awesome. They worked incredibly hard, were super friendly, and never made us feel bad for asking questions. Our project manager was also great and very involved and helpful at every stage of the project. We went with System Pavers mainly because of their warranty and because we'd seen other work they'd done. Safe to say it did not disappoint. The one thing I'd suggest they improve is the design process. When we met with the design consultant upfront, he put together a rough drawing. We were told it was mostly just to ballpark costs and that the real design would come together closer to install. The issue is we never actually received that drawing, so we ended up having to finalize everything with the construction manager kind of last minute. It really wasn't a big deal, especially since we asked them to hold off on starting for several months while we finished up some other backyard projects. A clearer process there would make an already great experience even better. We would absolutely recommend System Pavers. Great work, great people. read more

We had the concrete removed in our Courtyard and replaced with pavers. The transformation was incredible. Should have done this from the onset. The process from demolition to completion was only a few days We also had their crew do a few modifications in our backyard to enhance what they had done 10 years prior. They show up on time, do excellent work in a timely manner, and, best of all, the pricing is great. We used other fly-by-night companies and independent contractors in the past. They messed up big time. It ended up costing us more financially, emotionally, and psychologically. Please do not use guys recommended from the paver/stone warehouses. These guys are awful. I have called the Project Manager numerous times to address the broken drain cover yet no response. It has been over 4 weeks and he promise to fix it but never did. They are pure ripoffs Don't let the relentless sales rep pressure you into anything. I only wish I hadn't. Now I'm contacting consumer protection agency, and state contractors licensing board seeking legal help. System Pavers literally kept a $2000 deposit and did absolutely nothing. Nothing ordered or scheduled. Canceled my order when my refi fell through, and I didn't have the cash in full. They know that California state contractors licensing board states that a contractor cannot charge more than $1,000 or 10% of the work order whichever is less, no exceptions. They claimed their bond insurance excludes them. There are many similar complaints from other people. read more

Update. My initial install was July 2024. I found an issue with the turf and reached out to Colin. He was quick to send the installer to repair the minor issue. I've always wanted to have pavers done to our driveway. We looked into it years ago but waited until the time was right. Joey was our immediate contact person. He was amazing. He walked us through the process, helped us order our pavers and got us scheduled for our installment. I was pretty amaze at how quickly the process of scheduling and installation was. I was told that it was going to take up to 8 days, but only took 3, which was a plus for us. The driveway looks amazing and has added a different face to our home. It's given it a facelift that it's needed without a paint job. Why the 3 out of 5 stars? Well, it's been 3 weeks since the job completion and I'm still finding trash from the workers, ie banana peels, 1/2 uneaten apples, remnants of dirt and asphalt in our bushes, sand on the street. I didn't realize when I signed the contract that clean up was going to be our responsibility. That wasn't made clear to me. I'm a bit disappointed. read more
