It's always a scary when hiring a contractor to do work at your home. From the first contact, this company was extremely professional and provided us with a new driveway with pavers. Our salesman Jay was very easy to deal with, was extremely patient and polite and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. Their workers showed up on time, were respectful of our property and our new driveway looks amazing. Joseph, one of the supervisors was terrific and made sure that everything was going as promised and promptly addressed any concerns we had. At the conclusion of work every day they cleaned up and removed all unused materials and trash. I'm already getting a lot of compliments from my neighbors Pictures coming soon. read more

Bought a home in a new development in Castaic that had a dirt backyard. Wife and I were doing some research online, and found System Pavers (and we're so happy we went with them!). David Rinker, our design consultant came out within a few days to review some of our ideas and suggested some of his own that we incorporated into our plan. We reviewed materials with him, and he came by a few days later to drop off some samples. Before signing, we had a few modifications to the plan that he was able to quickly modify. Throughout the whole process, he was always very communicative via text/calls even on his days off. Once I was transitioned over to Joe, our project manager, he was super friendly and walked us through the exact process. I told him that I had a birthday coming up on June 5 (this Saturday) and was hoping to have everything completed by then (a month timeline). They said I'd be cutting it close, but they ended up finishing everything a week earlier! I ended up getting a pergola that needed to be anchored to concrete footings, and ended up having System Pavers handle that for me. Joe even came back just to drill the holes for me so I can bolt down the pergola. The white glove treatment I received throughout this entire process was VERY appreciated! Rich, the territory construction manager, also became involved with the project. Given his role, I wouldn't have expected him to be so communicative with me and answer my questions. As a first time home owner, I knew nothing about the process but all three employees were very eager to walk me through every step. Couldn't be happier with System Pavers, and will be recommending them to all my neighbors, friends, and family! read more

Our crew from System Pavers was fantastic. Leonil and his team modeled hard work, diligence for detail, with no slacking off. All were very friendly and courteous, and finished ahead of schedule! read more

I had system Pavers install a beautiful realistic turf in my front yard. I Loved it until it started to pull apart at the seams, and a couple of window flash burns appeared. When I tried to get them to do a warranty fix, they gave me the runaround it's been two years since I first requested it but nothing!!! I have followed up but the kind of turf I have was discontinued or that was caused by a leaf blower... excuse after excuse. If you don't want to honor your warranty warranty, don't offer them as incentives. read more

We just had System Pavers put in our back patio and we are so happy with how it turned out. We can't wait to actually use it this summer! Honestly, the crew that showed up to do the work was awesome. They worked incredibly hard, were super friendly, and never made us feel bad for asking questions. Our project manager was also great and very involved and helpful at every stage of the project. We went with System Pavers mainly because of their warranty and because we'd seen other work they'd done. Safe to say it did not disappoint. The one thing I'd suggest they improve is the design process. When we met with the design consultant upfront, he put together a rough drawing. We were told it was mostly just to ballpark costs and that the real design would come together closer to install. The issue is we never actually received that drawing, so we ended up having to finalize everything with the construction manager kind of last minute. It really wasn't a big deal, especially since we asked them to hold off on starting for several months while we finished up some other backyard projects. A clearer process there would make an already great experience even better. We would absolutely recommend System Pavers. Great work, great people. read more

Every step of the process, from consultation to completion, was amazing and completely stress-free. Randy and Jim really listened to what I wanted, shared suggestions, and kept communication clear the whole way through. The crew was punctual, respectful, and detail-oriented, and it shows in the final result. My backyard turned out both beautiful and functional and truly exceeded my expectations. We have had pavers installed by various companies over the years; but this crew from System Pavers was the best we have had!! Their attention to detail, their hard work, and their clean up at the end was the best we have experienced. read more

We're incredibly thrilled with our new driveways from System Pavers, our amazing project manager, Harley, and the job crew. This wasn't an easy project--our home is on a steep hill, hard to access, and the original driveway had a severe grade. The team evened it out into a smooth, gradual slope, and the end result is absolutely beautiful. I mean seriously, just check out these pictures! The crew showed up on time every day, was friendly to me and my family, and respectful of our space. I highly recommend System Pavers to anyone looking for a beautiful driveway with lifetime quality. read more

They were very fast and did excellent work! Highly recommended the whole team, from sales to installation.

We got several bids and were most impressed by the thorough and thoughtful attention to details and design. They were slightly higher than other bids but we felt it was worth it due to things that were missed in all other bids. From signing the contract to the final inspection the company kept their word, provided fast and clean service. We are truly happy with system pavers and would recommend them to anyone in need of work. read more

If you ever need a professional paver job, look no further. System Pavers is the place to go. They are very professional. They show up on time, do excellent work in a timely manner, and, best of all, the pricing is great. We used other fly-by-night companies and independent contractors in the past. They messed up big time. It ended up costing us more financially, emotionally, and psychologically. Please do not use guys recommended from the paver/stone warehouses. These guys are awful. They are just moonlighting and will take them forever to complete the work. They will leave you a mess and a really bad job. Learn from our experience. We highly recommend System Pavers. We posted this review because we definitely think they are worth it and want to help our neighbors. It is very difficult nowadays to find good workers. I think you will be very happy with System Pavers if you ever use them. read more

System Pavers - Unlocking the homes potential !! - Masonry/Concrete Near Me - Newbury Park, California

We had the concrete removed in our Courtyard and replaced with pavers. The transformation was incredible. Should have done this from the onset. The process from demolition to completion was only a few days We also had their crew do a few modifications in our backyard to enhance what they had done 10 years prior. Could not be happier with the results. As this was a smaller project than the normally do the cost was a little higher but well worth it based on the results. Would not hesitate in recommending System Pavers as they did an amazing job. read more

My patio and pool deck needed a major face lift. The concrete was old, ugly and so many cracks. I never spent time in the backyard. I saw System Pavers on Facebook and it had great reviews so I called and met David Rinker, a design consultant. He was great to work with, answered all questions and was always available by phone. I was told the job would take 5-10 work days. That sounded too good to be true. The crew was amazing. They arrived early everyday and worked with such speed and knowledge on how to do their jobs, even in the super hot days that most people wouldn't even go outside. In spite of the heat, the crew finished the job in 7 days!!! Harley, the project manager, came everyday to check on the progress and to make sure the crew had everything they needed. Harley would give me daily updates and he was always available by text whenever I had a question. Although a bit pricey, I feel like I really got quality work that I paid for. I would definately hire System Pavers for any additional work I would do. In this case you really do get what you pay for!! Quality work with a beautiful result. read more

Do not use this company. They only want your business if it's a big job you are willing to spend $100,000. We booked an appointment for a quote for a pergola and they called us two days before saying it's going to be a phone consultation. They never called us and when I called them, they were rude unprofessional and said that they didn't know if they wanted to do Pergola jobs even though it was advertised on their website. They said they usually take up to five days to return our phone calls for that consultation. Keep in mind I am a returning customer and have referred them before to friends and family. Never again. read more

Our 60+year old driveway was cracked and needed replacement. Based on our neighbors' beautiful new driveway, we picked System Pavers. We couldn't be more satisfied. The work was done thoroughly -- lots of roots to dig up, info to be done, surface preparation, bricklaying, sealing, detail work, etc. etc. They were timely. They were neat. They were pleasant guys to have working around our house. Can I give 6 stars? read more

Where do I begin! I've been wanting to install a patio area in the backyard for a few years, but just couldn't find the right partner. I kept seeing System Paver ads on my IG. So I had them come out for a quote. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Gave me a quote right away and started the project soon after. The end results are amazing. Just in time for the 4th of July. The craftsmanship, price and professionalism was superb. Definitely recommend them. read more

System Pavers did a great job transforming my front yard and courtyard into a place of beauty. From tired, cracked, even dangerous, concrete slabs to a presentation I can be proud of! Coordinator Jay, Supervisor Harley, and a great crew of skilled, hardworking men made sure everything was perfect, arriving on time every morning, and finishing the project ahead of schedule, yet taking the time needed to get things just right. Drainage was an issue that concerned me, and they addressed it, making sure that when the rains get here, I won't be splashing through puddles to get to the entrance way. From start to finish, System Pavers performer very well. I first met with David, my Consultant. We discussed the project, I chose materials and we then, "walked the job". A few days later I met Collin, my Project Manager, a pleasure and delight to work with. Collin was a man of few words, yet all about the business. Now, when I tell y'all that they showed and showed out. It was amazing, the first day work was to begin, I was all in the air about it, lol. Anyway, a huge truck arrived with all of my pavers on a flatbed, equipped with a forklift. Work started, crew was professional, helpful and polite. My project is now complete and I'm quite pleased. Thank you David, Collin and my entire System Pavers Team for a job well done! read more

Our "backyard" was concrete, which cracked and began to be hazardous. We chose System Pavers to demo the concrete and put in pavers. We are well pleased and extremely satisfied with the work done. And we can only commend the efficiency and work ethic of the crew doing the work. Their prior experience showed in every step of the work. They showed up early (7:00am) and worked until 4:30-5:00pm. They worked on a Saturday, after losing one day to rain. They finished in a little more than a week. They definitely earn 5 stars from us. LWB Thousand Oaks read more

Do yourself a big favor and go to the better Business bureau website and read the more than 6 pages of complaints about System Pavers. They are pure ripoffs Don't let the relentless sales rep pressure you into anything. I only wish I hadn't. Now I'm contacting consumer protection agency, and state contractors licensing board seeking legal help. System Pavers literally kept a $2000 deposit and did absolutely nothing. Nothing ordered or scheduled. Canceled my order when my refi fell through, and I didn't have the cash in full. They know that California state contractors licensing board states that a contractor cannot charge more than $1,000 or 10% of the work order whichever is less, no exceptions. They claimed their bond insurance excludes them. There are many similar complaints from other people. read more

A review of System Pavers My parents had encountered mediocre contractor teams in their efforts to give our family home a facelift. David Brook, Harley Waycasy, Arturo and his 4-man crew at System Pavers provided my parents journey smooth. David, their first encounter was very understanding to their plight taking text messages and phones at odd hours. He help them to settle on design and price. Arturo's crew immediately began their work. And from 730 am to 5pm sometimes 730pm. Our family home's patio looks beautiful, not uneven. Harley skillfully negotiated a price that work for both my parents and system pavers showing he cared about us as a family. He understood that keeping customers happy was end goal. Wonderful experience ! We had an old all concrete backyard that was painted over in a bland gray, we got a few quote and though system pavers came in at the high end I was impressed by their warranty, reviews and both Alex [the sales person] and Colin [the project manager] so we moved forward. The pavers and artificial turf were nice, but it's the after the project is done issue that they don't even care if you were satisfied. We were in the market to have our driveway replaced with pavers and had a few different people out for a quote.
