She came up with a fantastic plan that met my needs and would thrive in the very hot west SFV. Once she had the plan I met with her landscaper Pedro. The three of us discussed the plan and he provided a detailed bid which fit within my budget. Deanna then ordered the plants and picked out specific trees (she has high standards!). The grading of the yard, replacement of the topsoil, irrigation installation, and planting was masterful. I still can't believe this is my yard. I am extremely pleased with the work and attention to detail. I would recommend Deanna and Pedro to everyone and I will certainly be calling them when it's time for the back yard!

David Rinker, our design consultant came out within a few days to review some of our ideas and suggested some of his own that we incorporated into our plan. We reviewed materials with him, and he came by a few days later to drop off some samples. Before signing, we had a few modifications to the plan that he was able to quickly modify. Throughout the whole process, he was always very communicative via text/calls even on his days off. Once I was transitioned over to Joe, our project manager, he was super friendly and walked us through the exact process. I told him that I had a birthday coming up on June 5 (this Saturday) and was hoping to have everything completed by then (a month timeline). They said I'd be cutting it close, but they ended up finishing everything a week earlier! I ended up getting a pergola that needed to be anchored to concrete footings, and ended up having System Pavers handle that for me. Joe even came back just to drill the holes for me so I can bolt down the pergola. The white glove treatment I received throughout this entire process was VERY appreciated! Rich, the territory construction manager, also became involved with the project. Given his role, I wouldn't have expected him to be so communicative with me and answer my questions. As a first time home owner, I knew nothing about the process but all three employees were very eager to walk me through every step. Couldn't be happier with System Pavers, and will be recommending them to all my neighbors, friends, and family!
