Yaki man doo - beef 10/10 Cooked perfectly. Light and crispy and the beef inside was so flavorful and delicious. Probably one of the best dumplings I've ever had! Highly recommend. Super shrimp roll w spicy mayo 9/10 Wow! This roll is huge! Little bit difficult to eat. I added spicy mayo too, also recommend! Chicken wings 10/10 Breading is great! sauce comes on the side. It's like a sweet and spicy, but a little mild/medium spice level. Really good! I did try a rice cake, but not a fan of the gummy texture. The spice level was definitely hot too. Too spicy for me!

It comes to your table sizzling, then you dress it with as much gochujang pepper/sesame oil sauce as you like (it traditionally comes with a bottle of sauce so you can add to yoir taste), and mix it all up. The hot pot makes the bottom of the rice nice and crispy. I get mine with tofu instead of beef and the portion is very generous. It comes with 3 banchan (Korean small side dishes) and miso soup. My only wish/suggestion for improvement is that they should offer more variety in their banchan. Service is fast but I'm usually here outside peak hours. Ambiance is simple but always clean. My dinner bill with a beer and a hot tea came to $26 which is a good value imo (my leftover filled a to-go container).

I think the marinated beef was my favorite, especially when dipped in the sweet soy sauce. It was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The variety of meats and sauces made for a great dining experience, and I'll definitely be back to try more next time.

She was also so sweet to write down everything on a sticky note that had anything I'm allergic to which is always appreciated. We did both Kpot and BBQ and glad we got to do both. I really enjoy the buffet/all you can eat style since you're in total control of how much or how little you choose, especially when trying something new. I did try a lot of new things while here and I think it's the perfect way to do it! I made a ramen bowl and also grilled a lot of different meats - our favorite was the spicy pork belly! We got up for seconds, thirds, and fourths bc it was so good!! There is also a section of creating your own sauce which was fun too! You could definitely make a variety of different sauce creations, maybe some sweet, some spicy, some more or less flavorful, there are no limits! They also had a guide above the sauce line to help you follow the ingredients if you're looking for some inspiration. I would definitely come back again! I wish they had more dessert options.

The pork bao in particular had this beautiful char that added just the right smoky depth without overpowering the sweetness. Absolute standout. The ramen was exceptional. Rich, balanced, and clearly made with care. My tonkatsu was beautifully caramelized -- that golden crust giving way to tender, juicy pork -- while my girlfriend's chicken katsu was crispy, perfectly cooked, and somehow still light. No sogginess, no shortcuts -- just done right. The atmosphere strikes that sweet spot between cozy and modern, and the service was genuinely warm and attentive without hovering. One of my favorite touches? The large visual menu on the wall. For anyone who isn't super familiar with this style of cuisine, it makes ordering approachable and stress-free. Such a smart move. Yori House nails flavor, texture, presentation, and hospitality. Can't recommend it strongly enough -- we'll absolutely be back.

The menu is very interesting with everything Korean, Japanese and Thai inspired from fried rice to tacos to noodle dishes. Service was very good and though the restaurant is small, it is well appointed. We ordered edamame and a pork bun for appetizers. The edamame were served lightly salted and warm and the pork bun wonderful and flavorful. I highly recommend. For a main dish, I ordered the pad Thai with shrimp. The only complaint I have is that the dish was pretty salty. The shrimp were delicious and the portions for everything were generous. We ordered spicy fried rice to take home and I'm so glad we did. Sorry but no photo of the pork bun as we dove into it as soon as we got it.

Maaaaannnnnnndddddddddduuuuuuuuuuu!…read more Great big balls of Korean dumplings! I was in Assi getting some victual in case I become a shut-in because of the upcoming storm. It was a long day and frankly shopping on an empty stomach just made me hungrier. Luckily for me I spied this new food stand, Mandu Factory, that opened up inside Assi's food court. Fresh handmade Korean dumplings made right on the spot! And made by Korean grannies (and a middle-aged lady)! Korean food is best when it's made by Korean grannies. I don't know what it is, but little old ladies bent over patiently slaving away at the tedious task of chopping, slicing, dicing, mincing, pounding, stirring, filling, and other mindless chores make the best food bar none. There is a choice of two different kinds of filling: meat or kimchi. With both types of fillings, the fillings are mixed with glass noodles, garlic, and other stuff. The meat is, I believe, pork. You can get a wang mandu (which means king dumpling) for $2. The wang mandu is the size of a grown man's fist. You can get 6 pieces of the "small" dumpling for $4. The "small" dumpling is about the size of my palm. It's still big. Normally they're steamed, but if you want them fried, you can get it fried for an extra dollar. I was blown away by the cheap prices. As for the flavor . . . it's good. It's really fresh because they made it right there. As I walked up, I saw the ladies standing around a table with a large tub of filling making more dumplings. The Korean mandu is not always like Chinese dumplings. The wang mandu covering is more bread-like because it's meant to be a street snack that you eat out of your hand. The bread-like exterior makes it easier to hold and not fall apart. The filling was really tender and juicy. The mandu reminded me of home and of my childhood. And that's the best compliment I can give.

Besides mom's mandu this is the ONLY mandu I will eat. I can't stand any other mandu except mom's and Mandu Factory! So take it from this spoiled kid. This place is great!
