However, whenever I do have the misfortune of passing through, and he is working....I cringe. He glares, shakes his head, curses, and talks sh*t while he sprays my car EVERY SINGLE TIME! BTW, this is not the same ginger that the other lady mentioned in her review. I think this Angry Ginger Man might be the manager, which makes his behavior even more out of line. The pay per wash ($25) is more that I am used to paying at my regular car wash place so I opted for the free 30 day "Works" package; a $42.99 value. All car details are set up via the Tommy Club phone app; car make/model, license number and credit card info. Once my trial package expired, I was automatically enrolled in the unlimited "Works" package for $42.99 +tax, for a total of $47.25 a month. As a member, I not only get unlimited washes, I am able to bypass the cashier window and the lines that are associated with it. The gate arm automatically reads my license and allows passage. During the winter month's I pause my subscription via the app "My Garage" feature. Pause selections are 1, 2 or 3 months. I receive an email notification once I am nearing the time-frame of my subscription reactivating. This summer, I referred a friend and was awarded a $15 credit plus one free month of unlimited washes. My friend was offered the first month of unlimited washes free as well. My account was credited after my friend decided to keep their membership past their free trial. Interior cleaning services are free; mat washers and vacuuming. Tommy's is efficient, swift and uncluttered. There are staff members around if one need assistance; otherwise, human engagement is minimal.

As a first-time customer, I was able to purchase a one-time "The Works" wash and wax, and was enrolled in the unlimited "The Works" for 30 days - I can cancel at any time before that. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Danny who helped get everything set up after the actual wash - I wish all service providers were as well staffed and organized. The car looked beautiful after, and with the free vacuums available, my car is as clean as it's been for quite a while. I expect to use the unlimited washes, and decide at about 28 days if it's worth it to continue. A full 5 stars.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! STAY FAR AWAY! Do NOT bring your…read morevehicle to Aloha Car Wash in Bothell unless you want harsh chemicals scorching your vehicle's finish. I took my Tesla through their wash, and their harsh, caustic chemical soaps completely scorched and stripped the black anodized window trim around the entire vehicle. Look at the photos -- the trim is completely ruined with deep rainbow chemical burning and heavy discoloration. This is not just water spots or soap residue; the chemical reaction severely oxidized the factory finish down to the metal. Getting all the exterior window mouldings and pillar trim replaced and repaired is going to cost thousands of dollars out of pocket. When you pay for a car wash, you expect safe, surface-friendly soap, not industrial-grade chemical stripping. If you drive a Tesla or any vehicle with black anodized trim, avoid Aloha Car Wash at all costs. They completely ruined my car's appearance and caused thousands of dollars in damages. Absolutely unacceptable!

I hadn't been in a minute and went again recently and found that the prices were much higher. I think this will keep me from returning in the future. I understand that prices are increasing everywhere, but I really think a car wash should be more affordable. If my car came out perfectly clean I guess I would be okay with it, but even the cheapest option is not very reasonable. Because this is automated my car only comes out slightly cleaner than when it went in, I get that a car wash machine can only do so much, but for the price now I would really want it cleaner or I will just have to wash it again really soon. I think I will explore other options, but this is still a good option in a pinch.

Convenient location in a busy area with option to self-serve. I think I got the basic or medium one. For a light-medium soiled car like my early-gen small SUV (Subaru Forester), it did a great job. I especially like the softer bristles & slower spin (compared to most competition) which I think is perfectly adequate for loosening your every-day dust & grime AND in addition to less cabin noise and I think saves their energy bill. I do recommend all folding mirrors fold in to avoid accidental mirror damage (one of mine flipped forward); normally I do it or ask staff to do it but they forgot. during the drying area be ready to turn right in the narrow exit (stone wall against left corner).
