There may be one or two staff members who can actually deliver a proper pedicure, but the majority (many of whom are older) are far too gentle and don't provide the necessary grooming techniques. I consistently leave feeling like my service was rushed, yet they still charge premium prices, especially for gel polish, which is already overpriced across much of the South. This really works my nerves the most because up North all pedicures are included with gel polish. I've voiced my concerns to the manager more than once, but there's always an excuse and never any real effort to make things right. No accommodations, no improvement. I'm officially done and will not be returning.
