Service: powder brows Overall: 3.5 stars…read more The studio is very clean and the aesthetic is nice. It is a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are kind and welcoming. My eyebrows have been difficult to maintain over the years and I disliked that they were not even in shape, fill, arch, etc. So my primary goal in getting powder brows was for my brows to be evened out, filled in, and easy to maintain semi-long term. I went in for the main appointment and 1 follow up appointment, and ultimately still feel that my brows are uneven. In the follow up appointment, I tried to point out the area that I was still concerned about, but the artist and I did not seem to agree over this trouble spot. She said they were fine and even from her perspective, but now a few weeks out, I still see it as an issue. Additionally, a lot of focus was spent on filling and shaping one brow over the other and now one is clearly more filled than the other. I won't be going in for another follow up appointment due to cost and results thus far. Ultimately, I will not invest in this service again in the future.

I have enjoyed the pleaseure of Heathers artistic and exquisitley perfect permament makeup for over…read morethe last 7 years. I first went to Heather to correct years of over waxing which left me with thin & uneven brows, not a good look. She shaped my brows so well. I personally think I aged backwards 5 years. Going from almost no brows to perfect for my face brow is life changing!! After the birth of my son I struggled with pigmentation issues on my lips. If you know, you know. It gave me a grayed look. Heather restored my lips, neutralized the dark pigment & left me with a beautiful natural pink shade that looks better than natural but no one would ever know they were permament makeup. Most recientley I went to Heather for a touch up on my brows. Once again she was able to shape & fill in holes/ faded spots ( I am terrable with SPF). I feel so confident, natural and semetrical with my brows & lips by Heather.

I had my brows done by Gina on October 5, 2018. If I could give zero stars I would. When I called…read moreher to schedule the procedure, I was excited and failed to ask a lot of pertinent questions. Gina on the other hand had no information or advice to offer. I had read about the procedure, and every studio I called was booked. Gina was the only one with availability right away. First red flag. At the time I believe she had 6 reviews and they were all 5 stars. That seemed good enough for me. What I failed to realize is that all the people who left reviews were first timers on yelp. A clear indication that they were probably friends and trying to boost her ratings. Second red flag. When I arrived, I was ushered to a little back room with a narrow make shift bed reserved for waxing eyebrows. Gina applied generic lidocaine to my brows. She told me her boss has to order it for her because she is not licensed. Then she left me for 30 min. During this time someone walking by turned off the light in the room which I was. So I laid there in the dark until Gina returned. She asked me what shape did I want? I showed her a picture as an example and she went to work stenciling etc. Then she brought out her tools. She literally had to place her case of tools on the floor while she worked because the make shift room had no table where she could place them. While she was busy microblading my brows, someone walked past and turned off the light again thinking there was no one in the room. Smh. When she was done and did the big reveal I was speechless. She asked me if I liked it and I did not respond. I told her I didn't understand why the brows were so big. Also my left brow had an exaggerated arch and the right brow was arch less. They looked nothing like the picture I showed her. She explained that the brows would shrink and fade and i would need a touch up. She told me to rub a thin layer of aquaphor during the day and a thick layer before I shower and bedtime. I paid the $400 fee and left there unsure of what the heck I just did. So I go about my day and my life. I do not receive one compliment on my brows from anyone. Strange because I received lots of compliments when i filled them in myself. So by the third day huge chunks of scabs are falling off my brows. I'm shocked because the scabs are full of color. Literally four days later the scabs have completely peeled off and I'm left with a faint trace of a bad tattoo on my brows. I text Gina on Tuesday October 9th and attach a pic to show her what's left of her work. Mind you my brows have not healed and I'm having to fill them in anyway. Gina told me that's what happens and I should look up microblading. She then said she could reschedule me for a retouch the following week. That is the last I heard from Gina. She never scheduled me. Never checked back in. No after care follow up up, nothing. Gina and this salon seem to be all about the money. She sure does not care about the clients. I was not confident in her ability to provide the brows I wanted so I probably would not have gone for a retouch. At least the tattoo she gave has faded enough to where I can fill it in and make my brows look natural. $400 is a lot to pay for a 30 minute tattoo. Just make sure you do your research before getting this done and use someone who is experienced and reputable.
