My eyebrows have been difficult to maintain over the years and I disliked that they were not even in shape, fill, arch, etc. So my primary goal in getting powder brows was for my brows to be evened out, filled in, and easy to maintain semi-long term. I went in for the main appointment and 1 follow up appointment, and ultimately still feel that my brows are uneven. In the follow up appointment, I tried to point out the area that I was still concerned about, but the artist and I did not seem to agree over this trouble spot. She said they were fine and even from her perspective, but now a few weeks out, I still see it as an issue. Additionally, a lot of focus was spent on filling and shaping one brow over the other and now one is clearly more filled than the other. I won't be going in for another follow up appointment due to cost and results thus far. Ultimately, I will not invest in this service again in the future.

Nothing was explained and the price was not transparent. I would never have paid $160 and driven 45 minutes away from home for the work I received. I left crying because I felt completely taken advantage of. There's nothing that can be done after the fact. I wouldn't recommend souly based on this experience.
