Upon approaching the register, I informed the lady of my intention to return the item. She responded that returns or exchanges were not accepted. When I asked for clarification--since the item was unopened--she pointed to a sign stating, "No returns or exchanges on clippers, trimmers, wigs, & hair." I noted that contact lenses were not listed, to which she replied that the store does not list every non-returnable item on the sign. I then requested to speak with a manager, but was told no manager was on duty. She offered to provide a phone number, but first asked me to step aside so she could assist another customer, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Afterward, she provided me with the manager's contact information. I called the number twice immediately after leaving the store, left a voicemail, and included my contact information, but I have yet to receive a response.
