I went in the store the nice young lady at the register greeted me from there and walking through trying to find help and a Latino lady was walking towards me so I asked her for help and she just pointed me in a direction and walked off and then I seen another Latino guy wasn't for sure if he worked there because there was another guy walking around with him the whole time talking which he had on regular clothes so he was preoccupied so I tried to find what I need and when I got to the register I shared with the young lady my concerned and she deeply apologized and tried to get me with another worker but by the time I walked to her someone got her, I looked back and see the same latino lady gathered in the middle of the floor with a Latino family hugging on kids and having a whole conversation so I proceeded back to the front checked out and got home and it's the wrong shade of what I needed. I will not be back, terrible service. I believe it was just the staff for that particular day sadly.

I was unaware that there was a dressing room, so this time I tried on a different pair before heading to the cashier. The helpful staff promptly called the manager, Leelee. However, she was quite rude and dismissive. Before she even heard my issue, she shook her head no. I explained that I had just purchased the pants a couple of hours ago. She then informed me that our policy is final sale on clothing. I politely requested a different size, but she responded with something like, "Your body has been in them." I reiterated that my body has been in these pants too, and the staff simply put them back on the hanger. I firmly stated that she needed to review and change her policies. Despite my attempts to remain polite, she walked away. She was very unprofessional and treated me poorly. The cashier apologized for the unresolved issue.
