I was used to paying $30 + plus tip but I didn't care; I take a lot of pride in my thick brows! In my search, I saw EWC. I visited EWC in my hometown as recommended by my best friend, but just wasn't impressed. However, Casey's name kept popping up and I thought I would give her a try. I am so glad I did because she IS amazing! I've now trusted her with my brows 4-5 times and each time walked out extremely happy. I was so happy after my first appointment but didn't want to rush to write a review. There are so many times I've had a good service but go back and it's just not the same. Casey knows what she is doing, but most importantly, her work is consistent. I am so relieved to have found Casey! I will most likely be moving out of the Ballantyne area in the next few months, but I will continue to come back to her for my brows!

Where can I begin about the most fabulous Lily?…read more I've known Lily for a really long time and had a long line of lackluster esthetician experience before I met her. I had never been fully comfortable with esthetician services, especially waxing (and, Lord, was that unfortunate because I needed it desperately). I thought for a really long time it was me. Lily has made me realize that the estheticians I had seen were either grossly incompetent, disinterested or unprofessional. Lily is what every esthetician should be. She is so very good at what she does and loves it. She is professional and makes you feel comfortable. Plus, she's hilarious to boot. I followed Lily from a big-name salon to her personal space and couldn't be happier. Her booking site is easy to use and she's always so accessible. Her pricing is competitive and a steal for the service. Her space is clean and calming. And, again, the service - it can't be beat. I can't recommend Lily and her spa more highly. You'll never look at waxing, tinting and facials the same way again.

I've been a customer for over 4 years, very picky and always have done my facials with Carol before yesterday that Carmen did my facial. After introducing herself, she told that she had taken the time to study my profile to make sure that nothing was missed. For me that was a great start. She took her time to study my skin and was in no hurry to complete facial. Carmen also took the time to review the skin products that I am currently using and made suggestions on new products to try but never pushed me to buy anything. I definitely recommend Carmen!! You won't be dissapointed!! Skin Therapy of Charlotte is my one stop for facials, personal waxing (Aubry) and massages (Regina). Both are awesome as well!! 100% recommend!!
