Don't do it! This woman butchered my brows. It's hit or miss going here and today was a huge miss! And had the nerve to charge me for this crap read more

Eyebrow Designer 21 - She took my entire brow down to this!! I'm pissed - Eyebrow Services Near Me - Pineville, North Carolina

I have come here about 3 times and my experiences have been very hit or miss. The older woman who works here is fantastic. She is very professional and her technique is very quick and pain free. Unfortunately not everyone that works here is of the same skill level. From what I have seen, they train their staff on the job and then set them free. I must have hit the unlucky lottery and gotten the very newest girl on my next 2 visits. I expect to feel some pain when having my eyebrows done, however feeling each and every hair being slowly ripped out of my face is a bit more than I prefer. I have very fair skin that becomes very red immediately after having my eyebrows threaded. I have found, for easy mall escape, that it is best to park outside the Sears' side entrance that is closest to the upstairs entrance to Carolina Place. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 but since that isn't a rating, this one star will do. I have been here a couple of times and it has been hit or miss. I decided to try them today and it was A MISS!!!! It was so bad I had to write a review to warn other patrons. I went in and sat in a chair immediately. Once I sit down, I normally coach them on what I prefer my eyebrows to look like. However, this time I forgot and that screwed me over. I get my eyebrows done frequently so the pain doesn't bother me but I noticed this time my eyes were watering and it hurt a lot! I should have known something was wrong then. I let her continue. When she gave me the mirror, I was PISSED! My eyebrows were pencil thin and had no shape whatsoever. The woman who serviced me noticed I wasn't happy but she continued to stare at me as if everything was ok. She never asked what was wrong or tried to correct her wrongdoing. I honestly think she messed up while she was doing them and "tried" to fix it, but it didn't work. She walked me over to the counter to pay, still didn't seem remorseful for butchering my eyebrows. I paid, didn't tip and left. Once I walked outside and saw my eyebrows in the sunlight, i became more infuriated, and went back in to let her know I was unsatisfied. She continued to look at me as if I was speaking a foreign language and lacked remorse. Instead of asking for my money back I just asked for a complimentary service. I typically don't ask for my money back but because she was so nonchalant and didn't apologize, I then proceeded to ask for my money back. As I turned to walk away, she said "Don't come back." Well if I asked for my money back, do you think that was an option!? I cursed her ass out and told everybody else that was waiting to leave before she cuts all your eyebrows off (and they did). I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again. I'll keep patronizing Idolize at South Park Mall like I normally do. She's lucky I didn't tear that place up. I had somewhere to be so I left her be. DO NOT GO HERE! Terribly trained and lacking decent customer service! No wonder you have a 1 1/2 star rating. NEVER AGAIN! read more

The lady did an absolutely terrible job! She rushed through the procedure. I told her that she missed some and she was like. It's done. Will never go back to this rip off joint. Was in the chair for like 3 minutes. I would go back and ask her to fix it but I had so many pinch spots on my eye lids I'd never let her do anything. She must need to Get some new glasses. Obviously she can't see.. read more

Nobody wants to be rushed when getting a service provided. 2/10 customer service. 7/10 on eye brows . Correct this or you will lose business

I've been going here for awhile now. I've never had a bad experience and all the staff are so nice! read more

The woman who did my eyebrows did AWFUL. She is very rough and does not understand English. She was also wearing gloves which doesn't help the threading process. I left with a few cuts on my face. Do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I went there last night right before closing to have a my full face done. The owner/operator there wasn't very welcoming, it was almost as if I was disturbing her from whatever she was doing on her cell phone. She threaded my face and did a good job. She showed me in the mirror, I paid her and went home. This morning while styling my hair I realized she had removed one entire sideburn and left one entire sideburn on my face. I drove back to the mall and showed her and asked to go remove my left sideburn so it would match my right one which she removed last night. She was very agitated but put me in a chair. In the middle of threading my face she says "you didn't see this last night?" I said "did you see this last night?" Clearly we both missed this. It's your job as the professional to make sure you did your job correctly, not my job to make sure you did. When she finished , I said "thank you, I appreciate it" and she says "no more okay? U come here again, u make sure it's right before u leave, u don't come here again to fix" I explained to her, as an entrepreneur who owns a business in Uptown Charlotte, I would never tell my clients that if I made a mistake, they can't come back and let me know and have it corrected. That's poor business. It is her job to make sure that if she removed one sideburn, she removed the other. I told her there won't be a next time because I will not be patronizing your establishment again. She proceeds to argue with me and I again stated firmly, there won't be a next time because I will not be patronizing your business again. You made a mistake and you are getting upset with me because I asked you to fix it. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend them at all. read more

Absolutely awful experience. The lady ruined my eyebrows. One is shorter, thinner, and a completely different shape than the other. She was also very rough and not at all friendly. Will NEVER come here again. Thanks for ruining my eyebrows. read more

Avoid this place!! I wish I could give them zero stars. First of all, The women working here are not friendly, and the majority of them don't know what they're doing. I went in just needing my eyebrows cleaned up, but I left with two totally different looking eyebrows. The lady who ruined them showed no sympathy what so ever. PLEASE look elsewhere!! read more

Just had my eyebrows butchered by this place! Wish I read reviews before. My beautiful brows look like pencil lines. So disgusted!

Don't EVER go to this place!!!!! I've been getting my brows threaded for years. This is the worst!!! They gave me two different eyebrows!!! How is that??? Take my advice and don't even try this place!!! read more

This place is HORRIBLE! I had a absolute horrible experience here. I came in wanting my naturally thick eyebrows to be cleaned up. But guess what happened the lady completely took off the width of my left eyebrow. Leaving my one eyebrow thick and one eyebrow disgustingly thin. I was DEVASTATED and started to cry(since my eyebrows are one of the prominent features of my face). My mom asked the lady kindly to fix my eyebrows but she said NO! My mom then demanded to talk to management. The lady claimed to be the manager but clearly she was not. The lady started to act ERRATICALLY --- saying that it was MY FAULT that my eyebrow was messed up. She said that she TOLD ME 2 TIMES not to move, even though I was sitting there still. She tried to PLACE THE BLAME on me! I wish I could give this place 0 STARS--but sadly I can't. If you want HORRIBLE eyebrows and AWFUL customer service come here. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. read more

I have to first start by saying that I typically go to Idolize and request Singrit she's the best! I chose to try this studio out as I was pressed for time and already in he mall, besides I just needed a clean up how bad can it be? Bad! When I first sat in the chair I began my spill! Please just clean up! Please do not take off my tail! As soon as she finished my first eye I jumped out of the chair and looked in the mirror! Of course my tail was gone. I was pissed however I was half done so I kindly asked the lady to please not touch my other tail and that I had expressed my concern regarding this prior to even sitting in her chair. We began the 2nd eye and she's rushing through it as if she wants to just get me out of the salon. I had also asked her to do my lip and chin in the beginning. It felt as if she was intentionally trying to scrap the top layer of skin off my face. Threading isn't new to me, this is something I do monthly! I have never had this experience! Finally we are at the end and there is still hair on my chin after all that scrapping! This lady then proceeds to tell me that was my neck, the chin only included an area which she made the air shape of a goatee! Seriously chick Ok lady just admit you messed up and fix it! This is a Tuesday evening the mall is half empty she was sitting on her phone when I came in there is no reason for this and she didn't even bother to make it right! Now she's standing there like a deer in headlights when I paid $26.00 for this mess and let her know that I would never come back! Piss poor service, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! 11/19/19! read more

Horrible. Told the woman at least six times to just clean the eyebrows and NOT to make them thin. And she removed half my eyebrows!! Never again!! read more

they left my right eyebrow way smaller then my left eyebrow! do not come to this place unless you want one of your brows to be smaller than the other one read more
