I consistently leave feeling like my service was rushed, yet they still charge premium prices, especially for gel polish, which is already overpriced across much of the South. This really works my nerves the most because up North all pedicures are included with gel polish. I've voiced my concerns to the manager more than once, but there's always an excuse and never any real effort to make things right. No accommodations, no improvement.
