I found out through another friend who use to frequent this nail spa that the new manager is stealing money from the technicians and the salon. I went in on Friday (2 days ago) and got my normal Lavendar pedicure. The new lady I had cut my nails down, but NEVER filed them to round the edges, so each one has a sharp edge. I didn't notice at the time because I was paying attention to my grandson who came in with me, and talking to him. When I got home later that evening, I noticed that the polish on one of my toes is smudged, because she kept wiping the polish off and reapplying it, so it's got a small spot in the middle with a smudge. The service I got also is supposed to include a mini massage gun on your feet, and I haven't gotten that the last 2 times I've gone in. As much as I loved this salon because of the customer service it once provided, I won't be back because it's gone downhill. None of the original nail techs are there because of how they were being treated.
