Sarah not only does a great job with my hair, she is very friendly and makes your time there go by quickly with laughter and easy conversation. This is my second time coming in to see Mackenzie at Brow Arc. I get my hair colored and I have gotten my eyebrows and lip waxed here before also. The salon is so clean and they always have a movie playing for when you're waiting, and they offered water and also have wine. The end result was fantastic and Mackenzie did a great job! Worst experience ever! Not only did the lady mess up my eyebrow shape and cut me! She charged my card $45 when I only should've been charged $11. She had the audacity to chuckle and tell me she didn't know how to refund a transaction. I will never be back here. read more

Horrible experience. In from out of town, needed brow and lip done. Figured it's in Brea Mall, can't be bad. After I was done, brows looked bad. Unhappy with the shape, still had hairs not threaded. But whatever, I realize it's hard to find good places. I wouldn't be back anyway. But then, about an hour later my skin was extremely irritated, broken out & I had a cut type of thing on the side of my lip. Looked so gross. Never had this before... ever. 2 weeks later the cut is still there and hurts every time I move my lips. So gross. My skin is broken out & I had dark brow hairs showing the next day. But this cut is the worst! No clue what to do! Don't recommend risking it here! read more

I cannot stress enough how you should AVOID this place. I went in for a blow out and called prior to my arrival to check on the price, $35.00. I was seen by Candice. I showed her a picture to replicate and my hair looks nothing like I would have imagined. Not only that but they upcharge everything...$10.00 extra for long hair WTF $10 extra for using a curling iron so what should be $35 is now $55 down the drain. Forget about the convenience of the mall and go to Blew Blow Dry bar in Fullerton, they charge $35 for long hair and use curling irons too, imagine that. read more

Not only I have no stains on my skin, Sara also offered me a Coke! Got my hair done by Sara (cut and color); excellent job. After a week, I noticed that I did not like the placement of a couple of the highlights. I contacted her and she had me come in as soon as I was available. She listened to my concerns and fixed the issue without charge. She didn't give me a hard time about it at all. Sara is great! The absolute worst result ever!! Had my hair blown out and didn't think it was possible to screw up a blow dry, but in fact yes you can!! My bangs actually stuck straight up on one side...then my brows.....I told the girl that one was arched higher than the other. She replied that was because one of my eyebrows was longer than the other:(. Came home to try to fix the damage only to find a long cut on each of my eyelids from the masterful threading! The service here is not that great.... one time I came in for one of my brow sessions and I literally waited 2 hours for my turn.... not that there was a line, there was not any other person to do brows. I was a bit annoyed and when it came time to pay, they couldn't find my name in the system. I was not about to pay extra for something that was prepaid. My brows werent they way I usually get them done and I tried to tell the brow lady but she didnt seem to get it...aside from that I waited so long, I didn't feel like tipping her. And when I came back for my third/ last session, the same lady was there but she seemed like she didn't want to take me (which I didn't mind), the other brow lady did and she was much better... but when it came time to pay, they still had a hard time finding my name again and the previous brow lady was giving me looks. For the reason of not good service and not a good job with my brows overall, I rate this place one star. read more

Brows Arc Dry Bar - Del Amo Fashion Center I just happened to walk into this salon because it looked interesting & I always wanted to try threading on my eyebrows. The receptionist was extremely sweet & helpful. I ended up getting both my eyebrows & upper lip threaded. My brows looked so much better than they do when I usually wax them. It got so many more of allthe little hairs. Due to unforeseen problems I had missed my scheduled appointment to just get my hair washed & blown dry. I had spinal surgery & not able to do my own hair. So I asked if I could also get my hair taken care of. Everyone in the salon was so helpful & I walked out of there with my hair looking great & feeling much better about myself in general . This was my first time getting threaded. I wasn't sure what to expect. Anju took me in right away without an appointment. She explained to me the steps so I completely understood. Far less painful than waxing and much faster. (And less expensive). Only $15 but if you buy a 6 pack it is only $10 each time and they don't expire this works great for me because my eyebrows don't grow super fast. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Del Amo Fashion Center- I walked in to have my brows done. I told Lynnda that I did not want them thinned out. I only wanted them cleaned up and trimmed because my brows grow very long. I said this more than once. Not only did she thin them out, but she did it unevenly. One is thin and has a distinct arch, the other is rounded and is closer to it's normal shape. She missed hairs on the top and bottom of both brows and one is much more rounded than the other. She trimmed the hairs of one shorter than the other and the hairs on the bottom are still sitting below the brow line. This is not good for a professional in my position. I was given the number to the corporate office to file a complaint, but the number is incorrect so I will look it up on the internet. To make matters even worse the other girl who was there, must have been the manager, kept trying to hold in her laughter and kept smirking at me. When my brows do grow out they will be sloppy and messy and uncontrollable without some sort of brow wax and I may even have to color them in for awhile. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

I used to go to a little place in the area but recently my girl left to the Brea Mall and was forced to try the other girl there. She took way too much of my eyebrow off and took me 6 months to have them grow back. Then I spotted Anju (my old eyebrow lady) in the Brea mall. I was so happy!15$ is little pricey since I was paying $7 with her before but she's really good at listening to what I want and definitely worth paying for someone who knows what she's doing. Went here for the first time last month the woman that did my brows was very sweet and made me feel comfortable, the inside of the place has very bright lighting and is all white so you get a little thrown off when you have to open your eyes back up again, they also gave me a $2 off coupon for my next visit I believe they charged me 12.50 for my brows if I'm remembering correctly read more

This place was really good. I have not got my eyebrows waxed in a while because a lot of the time I would not leave with happy results. I had Aleen help me and she was really nice and did a great job on my eye brows. They were not too thin or too thick just perfectly cleaned up to my shape.
