My brother and I went in yesterday as a joke. We posted on facebook that if we got a certain number of likes in the next couple of minutes that we'd get or eyebrows threaded. Turns out lots of people wanted to see that happen... haha. The ladies that work there were awesome. We told them the situation and that we'd never had our eyebrows done before. Was in town for the weekend and decided to get a blowout. They were able to fit me in at 6pm on a Sunday evening! Aleecia helped me and she was awesome. Gave me just what I was looking for. She even stayed past closing time for me and didn't rush. Used great products that made my hair look and smell nice. Prices vary depending on length of your hair and what you want done. I have very long hair and wanted it curled with an iron so it was $60. Not bad considering the convenience, the amazing service, and getting what I want! read more

Needed to pick up some things from Macy's and remembered they had a brow place just a few doors down that did threading and needed my brows cleaned up. The lady who did my brows was on her break but cut her break short to do my brows. She was quick and did a great job. I'll definitely be back. read more

Horrible service. Needed to get my eyebrows threaded and came in kind of late hoping they would still take me. Luckily the receptionist said yes, but it might be 10-15 minutes since the threading specialist was working on a henna. I was completely fine with waiting since I really needed to do my eyebrows and was leaving on vacation. Well after patiently waiting for maybe 10 minutes the mother of the young girl getting the henna came in and maybe not 2 minutes in asked the receptionist to do a cross design for her son. The receptionist mentioned nothing to me to wait longer and I just sat there awkwardly. Well, once the big henna on the daughter was done the son got in the chair to do his. Mind you I've been waiting for 15+ now. The receptionist and specialist mentioned nothing to me and when I spoke up they told me "oh it will be an extra 5 minutes". It was like I wasn't even there. Then the mother decided to talk back to me and say that they had asked when I was clearly there watching the whole thing. The service was just horrible and I would not recommend. I ended up walking out. Won't be going back there. I wish the threading spot down by H&M was still there. read more

Extremely disappointed with their lack or organization and service. I made two appointments weeks ahead of a wedding to get our a friend and mine's hair done since we were coming from out of state. I received a confirmation call days before and thought all was fine. My friend went to her appointment when the mall opened and someone was in the chair with the stylist. When asking about her appointment, the front desk girl didn't know about the appointments and once she saw my name written on a paper, told her to wait a few minutes. Forty five minutes later, the stylist wasn't even half way done with the woman's hair and we were running behind time. Luckily we found appointments as Regis Salon. I will never recommend this place when visiting Brea Mall. read more

The costumer service was perfect! It was my first time here and I fell in love! Anju did my eyebrows, which came out amazing! Right when I was about to pay, I noticed the prices for hair styling! The prices alone convinced me to get my hair done because I had an event later that day. The hairstylist (Sarah) just opened up for a walk in so of course I took it! She did my hair, which I loved. Simple curls but the way it was styled makes me want to come back. She also did my friends hair treatments which made her hair come out healthy as can be! I love this place. I have never had my eyelashes done, so I was a bit hesitant to get extensions because I have heard plenty of horror stories. I was glad to see that there was a place nearby that had an employee with plenty of experience. Before I agreed, I explained my apprehensions to the person helping me. Her name is Danielle and she is a godsend! She reassured me explaining in detail what the process was and even pulled out her phone to show me some before and after shots. She went the extra mile to explain what may have happened to my friend who lost all of her eyelashes after getting the extensions. I felt confident enough in her ability to move forward and get them done. After I sat down, she immediately put me at ease with her calm conversation and precise movements. I ended up falling asleep!! And when I woke up I couldn't believe how great my lashes looked!! I'm all set to attend the lovely marriage of one of my best friends!
