What a find! My wife and I were traveling to St. Louis and were looking for a place to have a late lunch. We were in the mood for BBQ and noticed this place on yelp. We both had the brisket sandwich, and we both agreed that this was positively the best BBQ brisket we've ever had. I've sampled some fine brisket in my travels, including Memphis, Dallas and KC. But, frankly, this was better. And, by the way, the side of beans was amazing as well. We were served by one of the brothers (sorry, didn't get his name). He chatted with us for a while. What a great guy, with a great story. We wish him and his bro the best! If you're in the area give this place a try. You won't regret it! Ten out of ten... at least. read more

I wish I could give this place ten stars! Had pulled pork and brisket with beans and slaw for sides. The pulled pork was good with little fat and good texture. But the brisket... some of the best I've ever eaten. Smoke ring was deep into the perfectly smoked meat, which pulled apart perfectly. On top of amazing food, the owner was friendly and brought our food to the car just a couple of minutes after ordering. He came back out to check if we enjoyed the meal. Not quite sure how to rate this place as we heard/read great things but then went back to try it and they looked as though they hadn't been open in a little while. Anyone who comes to this town from other states knows that good food is hard to find and good service, even harder. This is the best barbecue I have ever tasted. The brisket is thick, flavorful and melts in your mouth. The barbecue sauce is smoky and sweet and you can taste how fresh and homemade the potato salad and cole slaw are. The guys at the window have a genuine desire to make their customers happy. And the price is great too. I can spend less money on better food and better service closer to home by coming to these guys. I'm hooked. read more

I am not one to write reviews but knew right away that I would need to in this particular case because the food was perfect and the service was second to none. My son and I were in town this past week from California. We were in MO for an Army Graduation. On our way to the Graduation while stopped at a red light my son noticed the smell of hickory and oak! It didn't take long for us to find where the smoke was coming from. We couldn't help but laugh and give a high-5 when we noticed their outdoor smoker was bigger than their shack-sized building (okay, this will be the only exaggeration in my review). We knew we couldn't leave town without eating here and said we had to come by for dinner. Fast forward 10 hours. It's now dinner time and we were on our way. Unfortunately, (or fortunately)when we got there they were sold out of everything but one rack of Spare Ribs. Let me mention we did not make the rookie mistake of expecting a BBQ place to be open to their posted closing time, we were just tied up at the graduation with a special family member who was the reason we were in MO. Couldn't cut that time short for food, kinda wanted to though! BEST ribs we have ever had! Period!! Fall off the bone tender, juicy, perfect rub and tasty sauce. Cooked for the perfect amount of time and with the right amount of smoke! Top that with the fact that he discounted the price to $15 flat because it was our first time visiting and that was his last piece of meat. I feel horrible that I didn't get his name, but my man knows how to smoke. In the 10 minutes I was there it was obvious that he was experienced beyond his years and he was doing what he was passionate about for a living. In closing, logistically speaking I will most likely never be back to eat there since I won't be in MO again. But let me say this, if you are in the Saint Roberts area and don't eat at Brothers BBQ you are making a huge mistake. I promise this will be the highlight of your trip!! #facts!! **Message to the owner*** Thank you for sharing your gift with me. I'm sure there is much more to you as a man but there is no doubt you are the best at what you do at that smoker. I appreciate that you opened up your doors when closed to sell us that slab of ribs. I also thank you for sharing your knowledge with us while packing up the food. I can't wait to try the tips and tricks you taught me in the ten minutes. You have a customer for life! Love this little outdoor bbq joint ! If you're up to enjoy the sun & dig into some bbq then this is the placcceee ! Their ribs fall straight off the bone, including with 2 sides ! Their sides were definitely was to die for. My brother had gotten the "big brother" sandwich & oh boy it looked so good ! Had pulled pork, their nicely charred beef brisket & sausage link! This was the best bbq we have had in a long time. We had a dinner with brisket, greens and slaw. The greens were perfect, the slaw was vinegar base which was such a nice change from the norm and the brisket was the best we have had in a long time. It had a beautiful bark and was so moist the meat pulled apart. If you're in the area of Fort Leonard Wood or driving through, stop here! It will be worth it! read more

One of my favorite food truck in the area, they smoked their meat everyday, so you could say it is always fresh. Food is competitive and tasty, price is comparable to the local bbq places in Missouri but could be cheaper since they are a food truck. I highly recommend it to try for yourself read more

For weeks I've heard nothing but positive reviews about the BBQ Food truck parked on Missouri Ave just outside of FLWs main gate. Decided to give it a try on my way home from work today...Wow I'm a fan! I didn't expect it to be some of the best BBQ I've ever had. I had the two meat plate, rib tips/brisket and I ordered a pulled pork sandwich for my better half. With the smell of that smoked protein filling the car, my 8 mile drive home was excruciating! Once home I took off the dress shirt rolled up my sleeves and got to work on the tastiest pieces of meat I've ever had. The meat had a perfect smoke ring, moist with very little fat. the dry rub was so tasty there was no need for the sauce that was packaged on the side. That said, you'll want to try the sauce because it is sweet spicy heaven that would make tree bark edible. Between bites my wife slowed down to say..."this is really good! Where did you get it?" BBQ beans were a bit spicy/sweet like the sauce and hands down some of the best I've ever had! Potato salad must've been good because my wife finished it before I could taste it! In the mood for BBQ?
