I recently had to replace a window regulator inside my door and scratched the tint up pretty bad. They were more than happy to fix me up and remove the old tint and re-tint it. Cost about $30 for one window. Still work quite efficiently. Roku in the waiting room. read more

Since I couldn't leave my vehicle due to being from a nearby town, I called & asked for an appointment - was told "first come, first served. Get here early." So I did - arrived 20 mins before they opened. Except they didn't open at 9:00 like is posted. I waited until 9:30, called a couple of times (no answer), & finally just left. So did another potential customer. Those who've actually gotten work done here say it's great. I guess just don't expect them to open when they say they do. Drivers side window was smashed by a thief and then after i got it replaced, i was referred to these guys to get it re-tinted. These guys were super fast and professional and as i watched the guy apply the tint, i could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. After i thanked them and drove off i noticed there was a line in the tint that looked like a razor blade cut. I was tempted to ignore it since it was barely visible, but since i was dwelling on it, i decided to head back the next day, since they had just closed after they took care of my car. They took a look at it, recognized me and he happily replaced it with another sheet of tint and it came out perfect. The only thing that maybe cant be helped is that the new tint doesnt completely match the tint on the opposite window. its the right darkness but the hue is more greyish while my original tint is more of a warmer tone. read more

I'm writing this because i'm extremely disappointed with the quality of work/service yesterday regarding my stereo installation. The younger gentlemen (David) the "manager" who instructed me to come back on *Tuesday* verbally assaulted me using vulgar language making false claims that i went in saying, (He didn't know how to do his job) I simply stated, "Can i have someone take the USB cable and plug it in the other port) so my dvd works, from there he used offensive language and stormed out of the garage and threw his tool into my car. Aside from the rude employee (David) there was another gentleman their that stepped in to help diffuse the situation and to talk to me in a way that I felt like the customer and not rudely insulted for something that was not stated out of my mouth from the start.
