It's had a hard year of little kids and dogs in and out of it. Andrea started my day by sending me pictures of areas with heavy wear, scratches, etc explaining what could and couldn't be addressed but a promise to do her best. I received several more updates throughout the day. Except for the wear spots, the interior looked as good as it did when I bought the vehicle (used) about 6 years ago. It day actually take a day or two of leaving the windows down on the garage for the cloth seats to fully dry. The Mazda SUV is only 9 months old but had gotten quite dirty on the interior (from kids, dogs and snowmaggedon). It really did look good as new when I picked it up. I did have to wait about 15 Minutes for them to finish up even though I'd arrived when instructed. The waiting room offers free Wi-Fi and is air conditioned.
