The crew was fantastic in working with me to adjust the pattern so that it not only looked great but also minimized the number of cuts and waste material. I would strongly recommend Planted for this kind of work and the actual three man team that laid the pavers for me are pure magicians! Can't say enough good things about this job. As to price, it was a little bit more than I expected, but you get what you pay for and I'm very pleased with what I got!

I contacted Adrian E. at AM Lawn to get my front and back yards mowed. The grass had become…read moreovergrown and I was unable to mow it myself due to back trouble. We arranged things on April 28. After several days, Adrian and an assistant came to mow the lawns. It was a rainy day! They stopped after mowing just the front. He said he would be back early the next week to finish the job; that is, to mow the back yard. I paid for the front yard. Lots of clumps of wet grass left all over the front, but it was short enough / good enough that I could maintain it myself from there. A few weeks later, my back a little better, and a little work on my own had the front yard looking fine. Here are the text message exchanges between AE and me with a month of trying to get him to finish the job. Exact text. I included only one of the pictures below. * May 1, 2023 AE: Ill be there tomorrow morning. Me: Very good. I will be there. * May 2 AE: Yards complete. * May 12 Me: Checking back in because the job was NOT complete. The backyard was left undone because of ongoing rain. You said you would reschedule early the next week, but that never happened. Is there a plan to get the yard back into the schedule? Thanks AE: Yes ill go next week. Sorry about that. I'll check calendar this weekend. I believe tuesday of friday we have availability Me: It will be another foot and a half taller by Friday. Just saying. AE: No worries will take care of ya * Thursday, May 18 AE: Hello, will be there tomorrow for backyard lawn! * Friday, May 19 AE: Hey, we are not able to make it today. regardless of growth, we will still treat the back no extra cost. Next week please * Thursday, May 25 Me: Running out of "next week" soon. * Thursday, May 30 Me: I understand the unplanned rain many weeks ago that limited work to just my front yard. But is there a date for which you can commit to mowing my back yard and actually showing up? What are my options? * Friday, May 31 Sorry about that, we are booked up. I can schedule in about 2 weeks from now since next week we are also booked. Me: When is "in about"? Tell me a specific date. Maybe a time to go with that date. I was ignored from there and the "jungle" just kept getting taller and taller. When my back got better, I went after it with a string trimmer and a yard rake. It took days, but I got it to where I could mow what was left with my lawnmower.

Had an excellent experience with these guys. They (front man Chris) came to our door because they…read moresaw a dead tree and were in the neighbourhood, could they give an estimate. It had been a few years and our tree guy had retired so we said OK. These guys trimmed a GIGANTIC oak tree, a cluster of birches, removed a dead camphor tree including stump grinding, climbed up and trimmed a huge palm tree, and did various other trimming. We are extremely pleased with their work. They left everything extremely clean, even carefully removing and skimming everything from our pool (under the oak tree). Seriously, guys, my mother-in-law, who is extremely picky, was amazed. Everything was as requested including last minute additions from us, no last-minute price increases. Without asking, they removed fallen palm fronds from our roof. They really went above and beyond. As for the price, it was very reasonable, having dealt with Davy Tree (super expensive!) and various other trimming services over the years. Highly recommended!

The quote matched what I wanted to spend, and we scheduled the work for the Tuesday after Labor Day. On Tuesday, they showed up as I was leaving for my volunteer job. I had Walter come in 7 months later after the rain collapsed a few trees. Walter goes through the property with his iPhone and takes videos. He appears to know about rules and what to do with trees. After the video tapping he gave me a quote and we agreed to a price. He gave the videos. Then we waited. A long time but that was probably because he is super busy with the storms. Finally my day showed up and his crew came in. They work pretty quickly. My job was big and they are going fast. They were done in 2 days. I went though Walters videos and there were things his team did not do. So when Walter asked about getting a check we did a walk through and he immediately realized that his team had not followed the videos. He had them back with a day to finish Now something got broke on the last day, as is expected on big jobs. A small light and Walter when I told him quickly fixed it. I feel he is a guy you can trust and will do the right thing both in terms of service and post service. I would recommend him.

When I spoke with Sam about it he cursed me out. He did a cheap and easy lions tailing trim rather than what I asked him to do and what the tree needed. When I left court I asked him why he lied and his response is not repeatable.
