Brian from Brooks Pest Control is so knowledgeable and very professional. He treats with no judgment. I don't know how I got these roaches because I am definitely not a dirty person and he is very understanding of that. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I had a few fire ant mounds--the tech was great--polite and did the Job quick. He even offered to clear out spiders and webs on the front porch, I said no (I like spiders) and Halloween is coming! :-) read more

Its that time of year again, when all the little critters start looking for shelter. I had Brooks come out and they did an entire sweep of my home. Cleaned off spider webs, got rid of wasp nests and sprayed inside and outside my home...including the basement. DEVIN had a great attitude was very thorough. From the initial call to the tech service...fantastic. It was worth every penny!! read more

Very informative. Very helpful, very knowledgeable of the services given and the explanation of how it will work moving forward.

If I could give Brooks Pest solutions zero stars, I absolutely would. This company is a complete scam. They trap you in a contract and then hit you with outrageous fees even if you're unhappy with their terrible service. They advertise a $50 first visit, but sneakily charge $350 instead upon canceling even if they did NOT meet your needs and expectations. Despite multiple calls and emails to fix their mistakes, they kept charging me and refused to honor the agreed times and techs. I gave them three weeks and chances to fix their mistakes. They canceled my account but still charged over $300--totally unacceptable. Their techs were unprofessional and had attitude problems. Please, do NOT use Brooks. I'll be warning everyone I know to avoid this nightmare of a company. Stay far away! read more

Excellent service! The tech was very professional asked exactly where everything needed to be treated.

Do not get services from them they will charge you crazy and do nothing at all, you are essentially paying for them to pretend like they're treating your home, they come and go, you get charged. BUT the bugs stay. read more

The service teck, Adam, was helpful, listened well and got the job done quickly. I didn't get the salespersons name, nice young man with blond hair, but he went through the options clearly and in detail. I usually don't like for door-to-door salespeople unsolicited coming to the door, but I actually enjoyed talking with this young man. read more

I do not recommend! Terrible customer service and communication . All of the workers that come out our lazy and they do not complete the entire property. I had to call for reservice twice due to a worker Cumming and only doing the outside. They claim once you get a contract with them for every 30 days, they can come in between those 30 days as many times as needed to reservice Once I called them to reservice because their service provider only sprayed the outside, they said they could not do the inside and the outside. The first time they were supposed to reservice a week before the service provider did not have identification on him so he could not get in my gated community . We were not called or notified about this until two days later. It is very unprofessional that they have service providers driving around with no drivers license.. The workers are very lazy. I will not recommend this company ever. The first time they serviced our property, there was still cobwebs in the first floor windows . Once the service writer came each time, they asked if they had to do the inside in the outside in every level, and they seemed very irritated by it because of the size of the house ! read more

Chad came out the same day I called. We had 2 wasp nests and one yellowjacket nest that developed over the weekend by the pool. One under the diving board and the other near the area where the grands swim. Chad knew how to mitigate the issue and also did a great job helping me understand what he did and why. Great job! read more

Please don't be like me. Delayed getting sprayed. Now, roaches and spiders run free. It was getting crowed to me, and someone had to go. I knew it wasn't me so I called Brooks pest control. Now the first time it really helped, but I knew it wasn't a quick fix. Later, I saw two of those boogers, crawling near where I sleep. But I was happy that Brooks pest control was coming real soon. Devin showed up quick and knew just what to do. Now I want you to listen and learn so please don't wait or delay. Or you'll have roaches and spiders where you like. So call before they get comfy call before they unpack once they start paying zero rent It's hard to get your house back. Go ahead call Brooke's Pest Control read more

Brooks had been servicing my home for a while now and we noticed a difference pretty quickly after they started. No matter which tech shows up, it's a good experience. Our 100+ year old home had plenty of issues with bugs getting in, but that has slowed way down. read more

We've had them for several months and in the beginning of June 2026 they came on their scheduled day and ended up charging us twice. I called to get the situation figured out and they said that the payment was reversed and it would take about 7 to 10 business days. We never received the reversal. Called again, same thing was told to me. I waited again still no reversal payment or refund. We went to the bank to have it disputed but they would not talk to the representative to have the issue addressed or fixed. It's been 2 months. My husband has now called and was hung up on twice. Finally someone spoke to him, 8.31.26, and said that they would initiate the refund. We woke up Sept 1 2026 and they had taken more money out. They have now taken $230. This company is not honest and in this day and age where everyone is struggling with money? It's absolutely insane. And they expect us to uphold our end of the contract? Let's be real! read more
