Triumph Thunderbird LT

My Triumph Thunderbird kept shedding it's back turn signal light cover. Jason had repaired it previously but 6 months later it fell off. I've done a lot of work at Brooks Cycles. Jason special ordered the entire chrome back signal light assembly and handled everything on his dime. He served me up some hot chocolate as I waited. If y9u want do do business with someone who cares and stands behind his work, Brooks Cycles is your place.

New tires and brakes. at a reasonable price. Ready for Rolling Thunder and another couple of years of riding. Thanks Brooks!

Purchased my own tires thinking I was game to install them. Change my mind. Jason's shop installed them at a reasonable price on the day they promised. The day before I dropped off the bike I stopped in and asked Jason if they had time to change the front and rear brakes and if they couldn't that was fine I would bring it back another day. Jason's shop did the brakes and the tires at the same time. I did not expect them to do it but they did. Defiantly five stars for service and five stars for price. The price was less than I expected. Keep up the good work and pricing. I will be a return customer for all my bikes.

Where to begin? I brought my 1983 Suzuki GS750T to Jason for a full restoration. Brooks went through the entire bike. From the headlight to the muffler, he replaced it all. Friendly service and very reasonably priced. List of work follows below. What did Brooks repair? Replaced headlight and bucket, installed new old stock (NOS) gas tank, NOS seat, new petcock, NOS side covers, added Dyna coils, a full Vance and Hines exhaust system, new bars, new grips/levers, rear progressive springs/shocks, tachometer, mirrors and replaced a lot of other little parts. He also rebuilt and jetted my carburetors and had the bike running smoothly after it had been sitting for years in storage. The best part? He was able to do everything in a reasonable amount of time (given the parts I needed as well as the labor in addition to the number of other customer bikes that were already there). Most motorcycle shops I ride to in the area (when I am window shopping) can't believe how well my bike runs and looks. I owe this solely to Jason. I would not hesitate to spend the same amount of money with him again. He is the only shop I recommend to my friends. He is the only shop I have ever been to where I haven't wondered if the needed repairs were questionable. I know bikes pretty well and was listening to him talk to another customer and explain what was wrong with their bike and it was refreshing. Most shops simply grunt out what the bike needs and give you an estimate. The next thing I plan to have him install are new progressive springs and seals on my vintage ride. He really knows 70's, 80's and 90's bikes (as well as newer models judging by the customer bikes I saw at the shop). The shop is clean and has a lounge area for customers. And there is a huge wall of Bikemaster parts you can buy off the shelf.

However, the young man that I spoke to, I think his name was Anthony was really friendly and very helpful. However, I believe that the Young Black man that kept smiling and smirking sarcastically never changed my oil when he showed me the dipstick after I asked, and he ignored me multiple times when I asked questions and then I had to ask the other guy, the oil looked dark before the oil change. And then afterwards, I asked again if I could see the dipstick after they were done, and it looked the same color it just looked more was added. Like they topped it off, but they didn't change my oil. Also, I didn't see him actually put the hose there and add oil. the whole time he seemed to stand in front of my vehicle and just smirk sarcastically. They never checked the air in my tires or my lights or brakes, which other locations do. I was never shown the filter that they apparently replaced. But they tried to get me to change another more expensive filter for $34. I have a feeling 99% that he never changed my oil due to his odd behavior, the dark oil afterwards and his sarcastic grinning the entire time. When I left, my vehicle was running worse than it was before. my vehicle was fine before I got there so I think he added something bad to my oil and He didn't change my oil at all. I'm going to check the dipstick once the heat cools off and if it's dark like it was before, I'm calling headquarters. You can take customer's money and not do the service they came there for and then just smirk sarcastically the entire time. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. If this is true, he needs to be fired!

I have become a repeat customer, simply because they perform professional mechanical maintenance and services at the top level. My 2010 Lexus had undergone brake replacement/services, timing belt change, suspension replacement, and head gasket replacement (not all at once, over a two-year period). My 2010 Lexus feels practically brand new as if I just drove it out of a Lexus dealership. I have recently turned in my 2017 Lexus vehicle for tire alignment and tire replacement/balancing (my Pohanka Lexus mileage warranty services contract ended). MST&A continue their excellence for practical, honest service recommendations and a great deal on service (more money saved rather than the estimate received from Pohanka Lexus). I'll continue to go to MST&A for my vehicle needs. Services: Wheel alignment, Tire rotations, Tires, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

Their counter service is friendly, knowledgable and understandable. Their services while not the most inexpensive is the best for good service, fair pricing, and candid evaluations of problems. They are also open to questions and exPLAINATION and concerns an owner has with repairs. When one can find good service and feel as if all recommendations are truthful...this is all one can ask for in the area saturated with many questionable services centers. They deserve 5 stars for a unique set of qualities. Robert Venafro

Expect quality and honesty, not cheap or dishonest service. Family owned, not franchised or dealership owned. They stand by their workmanship and warranty service. Within days, we noticed oil leaking onto our driveway every morning. An independent repair shop inspected the vehicle, documented the damage with photos and video, and advised us to return to Valvoline because the leak appeared to have been caused during the oil change. The manager reviewed the evidence and acknowledged that a mistake had been made. However, despite multiple return visits and repeated promises to fix the issue, the oil leak continued. At one point, my daughter was driving on the highway when the car began shaking and lost power, forcing her to pull over. It was a frightening and potentially dangerous situation. What should have been a simple oil change turned into weeks of inconvenience, safety concerns, and a vehicle that still was not properly repaired after several attempts. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the handling of this situation.
